The only bad thing about that restaurant is the people inside waiting for the bus, they are chating cursing and make the place look bad, i hope they can fix that

12/3/2024 Approx around 3:35-3:42 AM at be manager at this location was fixing food. He dropped the entire box of food to the ground a piece of chicken fell out the box to the ground. The manager used the food clamps to pick the chicken up put it back into the box and put the box to the counter. I informed him not to make my food with that food clamp. The manager then added sauce to the chicken and bagged it for a DoorDash or Uber eats order. This was extremely disgusting to witness food fall to the ground and be picked up and still served for someone. Please be mindful when going to this Popeyes.

The guy was talking on the phone standing at the front door from inside blocking the front door at 9 pm 9 some I look at him ask him you guys open he said noo so I went to my car I sow people turn around I sow a guy going inside lol omg ?? so I went back there and I go inside and I told him I just ask you You guys open and you said now this guy told me lie to my face and he told no I was talking phone ??? I sow him turn his head Left and right anyway I order 3 pieces combo he try to scam me for the drinks he said o you didn’t say you want drink I swear worst chicken I ever eat and the drink garbage ?️ I will never go to any popeyes agin I should just left ???

The chicken strips were really thin like paper and weren't fully cooked all the way through, and the workers don't listen very well when you make your order... Then when about something you ordered but don't have it they tell you that you never ordered it "They don't pay attention or listen!!!! Ugh ? I will never go there ever again and just for 2 orders one was 6 chicken strips, with fries, and a strawberry cheesecake and soda, then the other was one spicy chicken sandwich and fries with a soda and it all came to almost $60.00 that's totally ridiculous so they lost my business quick!

For some reason, Popeyes in the hood sucks. We tried the strawberry biscuit. We were afraid to eat it. It did not look like the picture. It was dry, and it looked fake. We took one bite and threw it away. Chicken wings weren't any better. They don't make sure the chicken is covered with the sauce.

My wife and I went here about two months food was delicious, service was nice, couldn't use the restroom because it was out of order due to someone breaking the handle.We went back to the same location last night 4/25/24 walked up to the counter to give the guy our order we stood there while the guy ignored us, it wasn't like they were busy or anything he stopped looked at us and disappeared into the back of the kitchen, when he finally decided we waited long enough he started to take our order he had a horrible attitude towards us, after we ordered I asked him if my wife could use the restroom he rudely answed me said no its out of order my wife said still we were here 2 months ago it was out of order then too, then he said that he didn't have the key when we finally got our food we sat down and to tell you the truth the food wasn't as good as it was on our first experience, I will never eat at this Popeyes ever again, I'll take my business to the one on E.Grand St.
