Worst Experience Ever at Popeyes!

I visited this Popeyes today and ordered 16 pieces of chicken, requesting that 3 pieces be non-spicy. The cashier was extremely rude, telling me in a harsh tone that it wasn’t possible and insisting that it had to be “half and half.” When I refused, she checked with the manager, who approved my request, but her attitude remained unprofessional and disrespectful.

Then, I told her that I didn’t want wings because we don’t eat them, and she rudely replied, “What do you mean? It’s chicken!” I asked why they were making it seem like it was my first time ordering, and she suddenly raised her voice, sighed loudly, and stormed off to the manager.

When she returned, she told me in the same disrespectful tone that my request wasn’t possible. At that point, I asked for a refund, and she rudely told me to return the food, even though I hadn’t received anything yet! Then, she threw the receipt on the counter and told another employee to process my refund.

This was the worst Popeyes I have ever been to, and I had my hungry kids with me, which made it even worse. Terrible customer service—never coming back! I highly do not recommend this place to anyone!

The waitress was very rude. I ordered from her and I told her clearly that I wanted a set meal for the first time. When I got the receipt, I found that my meal was a la carte. I said I wanted a set meal. The cashier said that I meant a la carte. She argued with me and was very rude. I asked if I could change to a set meal now? She was very rude and even walked away. I think the manager of the store can check the camera. I am sure I ordered a set meal. I think if she doesn't want to work here, she can change jobs. But the service staff should not bring their bad mood to the guests!

This place Popeyes did a great job for its circumstances. I was there during a crazy busy day as the whole mall was a buzz with holiday shoppers and hungry customers.

The food was very good. I got a box of 4 pieces of dark meat original fried chicken, and even though they gave me three pieces of dark meat and one piece of white meat, I was still happy with the quality of the chicken. I suppose with how busy they are and the amount of turn around they go through, they are cooking a lot and lot and lot of fried chicken and it doesn’t really get a chance to just sit there before it gets ordered wrapped up and shipped off to happy hungry customers.

Vegetarian options: I’m sure the biscuits were vegetarian

Dietary restrictions: You can ask them about dietary restrictions but if you don’t know what they serve at Popeyes, you probably shouldn’t be ordering there if you have dietary restrictions like no chicken or no butter in the biscuits

Parking: Lots of parking, but today was exceptional with so many people shopping for New Year’s and Christmas

Kid-friendliness: There were a lot of kids running around

Wheelchair accessibility: I suppose it is wheelchair accessible, although I didn’t see anybody in wheelchairs there because it was so busy and very very crowded

Today tueday dec 03 1:04 pm I came to buy food and the service was horrible, the cashier didn't even say hello and other than that he spoke rudely and was chewing gum, totally inappropriate and unacceptable.

I ate tenders, but they were salty and hard compared to Korean ones. If you order the Tender Family, it comes with french fries. The Tender 12-piece family set is enough or more than enough for three.
I ordered biscuits on the side, and if you order one, you get 6 biscuits. There are also a lot of French fries. A variety of tender sauces are provided free of charge upon request.

If I could give it 0 starts I would. Honestly the worst Popeyes food I’ve encountered. Not to start with the customer service, the cashier was impatient and the person who handed me the food was absolutely rude. Not to mention they had no fountain drinks so I had to pay $4.75 for a coke bottle. Self service kiosks don’t work, expensive food, horrible service. STAY AWAY!!

5 people working and my order was the only one, it took 15 minutes and it wasn’t there, I canceled it and after 5 days I didn’t receive my money back

This is actually one of the best Popeyes I've been to. There are some slight oddities though. They only serve tenders and wings here. No sandwiches. They also don't include drinks in meals but it's not big deal. The only problem is the people. Elizabeth NJ gotta have some of the worst human beings ever. Staff was incredibly welcoming and to the point. Treat those in food service with respect and you'll get a better experience. It's just as simple as that

Cashier mad over a request for 6 legs instead of the 4 that comes with the meal, she gives me attitude, acts like she owns the place, threatens to cancel and not serve me cause i’m begging her to give me the 6 since my pregnant wife only likes the legs and calls me disrespectful for a customer request which i always get when ordering simply because she is 60 year old with an attitude working a customer service job. Go retire doing something where you don’t have to deal with people, i swear black folks always demand respect and be the most disrespectful. Not against the race whatsoever but theres a reason why you 60 working a teenage job on a mall where people come have fun with family and friends.
