Este lugar é uma farsa. Se eu pudesse dar uma estrela NEGATIVA, eu daria. Pedi uma bandeja cheia de picadinho, que deveria vir com carne de porco e camarão. Abri meu pedido "CHEIO" de picadinho e, para minha surpresa, vieram 4 camarões e uma bandeja cheia de carne de porco.
Liguei para o lugar para comentar e a moça que me atendeu me disse que não sabia mais o que dizer. Pedi para falar com o gerente e me disseram que ele estava de férias e não sabia quando retornaria. Pedi para falar com o próximo responsável e me disseram que seria o proprietário. Imediatamente, ele me ligou com uma atitude agressiva. Expliquei a situação e ele disse que havia 7 pedaços de camarão. Eu disse a ele que tinha uma foto dos 4 pedaços de camarão e movi a bandeja cheia de carne de porco, mas não havia mais nada por perto. O suposto "proprietário" foi extremamente antiprofissional e rude, começou a levantar a voz, a gritar e a me dizer que sabia que havia 7 pedaços. Então, comecei a dizer: "Digamos que são 7 peças, 7 peças inteiras para uma bandeja cheia de comida que custa US$ 22,00?". Mais uma vez, o dono gritou e me disse que está no ramo há mais de 25 anos e que não se importa com a minha opinião. Eu disse a ele que não desperdiço meu dinheiro quando se trata de compras e que espero boa comida e bom atendimento. Ele então me disse que não dava a mínima para o quanto eu pagava e que não se importava com o quanto eu pagasse pela comida. Desliguei.
Sou gerente de cobrança de um hospital e lido com a atitude das pessoas diariamente, mas NUNCA falaria com um cliente, paciente ou qualquer pessoa da maneira como esse suposto dono falou comigo ao telefone. Esta foi a primeira vez que fiz um pedido com ele e certamente será a última. Fique tranquilo, as mídias sociais têm suas vantagens e eles saberão como NíO tratar as pessoas que pagam pelo seu estabelecimento, suas despesas gerais e seus funcionários. Não me importo nem um pouco com US$ 22,00 porque, a essa altura, não vou comer uma bandeja cheia de carne de porco, então irei ao meu lugar habitual, o ELMORA BBQ, que oferece ÓTIMA COMIDA e ÓTIMO SERVIÇO e eles não ROUBAM seu dinheiro.

Tried this place for the first time, very pleased. Good portions, food was prepared fresh. I feel like I got scammed on the desert tho 😂 3 leches cake was too expensive and might’ve been old. The food however, was great and we’ll deffinately order again 🤙🏼

I came to Del Porto this past Thursday with my employers and co-workers. We celebrated Christmas together over a delicious meal. Our server was Justin and he was attentive to every need and request given. I appreciated the meat free items on the menu. There was a good assortment for vegetarians and meat eaters. The appetizers like zucchini chips were light and crisp. The fresh cheeses, breads, herbed dipping oils were just the starter! I had the spinach ravioli that turned out to be very light and satisfying. That is what makes the food so good. You can eat your entire serving and feel satsified but not heavy. The desserts are also very good. The creme brulee I had was creamy and not too sweet. We all enjoyed the conversation and the food. I personally recommend this restaurant for groups or going with a friend or loved one.

Port deli & grill has been a household favorite for years now. Food is always good and the quality is consistent.
It was impossible to order on the website, I went to the restaurant and waited for my order for more than 35 minutes and when I got home the meat was too raw and tasteless, it didn't even have salt, I asked for the full order and they only gave me two pieces rib that was also red and raw, didn't spend even 2 minutes on the grill.

This place isnt the best; the food is great and the customer service is good. We went here in late October (Keep this in mind). The atmosphere is horrendous, horrific and dreadful ?. It is extremely hot, I got a major headache because of the heat ??, flys everywhere landing in your food ? ?. The heat got so bad I had to get up from my seat and walk out to catch some fresh air ?. In summary, it isn't worth it to dine in. The best option is to either order to-go, or for delivery.
