I came in earlier, somebody ended up taking my drink by mistake so I alerted the staff and they were so sweet and helpful! They solved the issue immediately! Will definitely be coming back

My experience was interesting. Placed my order and noticed my 2 drinks were not out yet. So I looked at my receipt to look at my order number. This entire time 4 teens look like they are waiting for their order, except 2 of them had their drinks. As one of them turned, I saw that was my order number. So I approached them and told them they are drinking my order. The boy said in Spanish all orders are the same shit. I responded and said my drink has lychee which I paid for extra. So I went to the staff member and she kindly redid my order. It took time because its a busy time of the day. Upon leaving I did address the teens telling them that is considered stealing, hence they never ordered a drink only the two other teens when I saw them get theirs. I was loud because I wanted them to be called out on what they did, that was wrong. Also said if they didn't have money, they could have asked because im a mom that has raised my adult children to do right. I don't have any problem with my order or service, the staff helped. My message is to the owner to have the drinks behind the counter as the numbers are called and to show receipt especially from teens.

Mango Diamond slush ($9) for medium size is a waste of money. Tasted like watery liquid with just a few pieces of mango added.
Recommended: Try Mango Mia stall instead on 1st floor for more and fresh mango pieces

I got coconut milk tea with strawberry popping boba. The taste was ok but with the first 2-3 sips I felt weird in my stomach and the whole evening I had stomachache. I throw most of it away but after 2 hours I ended up having a very bad diarrhea and nausea. I had bubble tea so many times before and this had never happened.

My experience at Bubble Tea was fast suffient and professional. A clean courteous experience with a young man great smile. Tall african american young man with an amazing smile I cannot remember his name but I know it starts with an R, he's the manager. I'll be vising soon for my mango drink
Guys beware they are cheating. They used to put stuff which is cheap and more juicy. Example if you are ordering orange mango stuff then they put oranges or watermelon stuff which is more in juice. I ordered Carrot juice with additional of orange. They put 70% orange and 2 carrots and further lady was teaching me the color. So please keep an eye
