We chose her for our wedding and trusted her and it was a big mistake. The first photo was the inspo we sent her 3 months in advance, very simple, and the second photo is what she made for us. Never in the 3 months did she communicate having trouble finding the flowers that drape along the cake. I found them in five minutes on Amazon. I could have sent them to her or bought them myself if she had communicated that she could not find them, but she didn't until the day of! The restaurant we had our wedding at had to do their best to make the cake less dramatic and more to my liking. She did not do an ounce of effort to even attempt to make the cake resemble to inspo just a little. The lack of communication and awful presentation of the cheap flowers and vines she chose for our WEDDING was so heartbreaking for me and my husband. We made the best of it that we could, but please choose other bakeries who will put better effort into your special occasion! Just awful!

We ordered a Toy Story cake for our son’s first birthday and it was everything we’d hope for and more. The cake was a beautiful rendition of the picture we provided and it was tasty as well. Terrible and amateur cake shop, ordered these cookies for my son’s first birthday party and they give me this ! She took a few good pictures of the three cookies that actually came out good and the rest were cracked stale and messy. Never again! Definitely a hit or miss , the work is inconsistent . I had used them for my son’s baby shower and the cupcakes and cookies were great the first time around , but this time the work was completely careless. Buyers beware!

Roxana's Cakes saved the day! This was my first time ordering a custom cake and I had very little idea of what I was doing, and it was sort of last minute as I needed the cake in less than 2 weeks.
I found some inspiration on Pinterest of what I would like the cake to look like (I even threw in some cake pops) and I had found a few bakeries that seemed good and Roxana's Cakes was the only one to not only quickly respond, but agree to a rather tight turnaround. I almost thought it was too good to be true. Martha was the one who got back to me, got my details and confirmed everything that same day! No other bakery could do it. The pricing was fair too.
I was so relieved that I would have a cake for the child's birthday. And not only did I get a cake, it looked fantastic, just like the inspo pic I sent. And it tasted sooo good! I could have eaten the whole thing by myself!
The pickup was easy and fast. Martha even helped me bring the cake out of the store. She was very kind and professional, and highly responsive from beginning to end.
Everyone loved the cake, especially the birthday girl! I am so thankful.
