Jenn did such an amazing job taking care of me at Ruby Tuesday! It was my first time visiting The Mills at Jersey Gardens, which you can imagine is a very overwhelming experience (especially in December!). I decided to come to Ruby Tuesday to figure out a game plan & decompress and she was nothing short of kind, responsive, and prompt!! I would definitely come back to Ruby Tuesday for Jenn’s service and kindness(:

I I could give this place zero start for service will be more fair! From the manager to the waitress are so unprofessional. Place will be empty and will be claiming that they are busy that is why they are taking so long to serve the customers but they don’t care to be talking to each other while they have the tables waiting for food, drink refills and trying to pay the check!

Came here on a Weds afternoon with a couple of friends after catching a matinee movie at Jersey Gardens. Came at a great time since it was pretty empty. Had the Mushroom Swiss burger along with the salad bar as an add on. The burger was well made and everything on the salad bar looked and tasted fresh.
But what made the experience great was our server Kat(Katherine). She was so kind and had a very pleasant personality. Was very knowledgeable, telling us the specials of the day, and even making great recommendations for our order. Kat made sure that we were well taken care of. You can tell she really takes pride in her job because she went above and beyond to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. Whoever manages this place, make sure you do whatever you can to keep her!
