I dined at Ruby Tuesday since I haven’t been there in a while. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The service was incredibly slow, with long waits for both ordering and receiving our food. Even when our food came out, the waiter dropped some of our appetizers on the floor so we didn’t our full portion of the loaded potato skins. When the food came, the waiter forgot to put in one order of food so 4 out of 5 people were eating. Additionally, the cleanliness of the restaurant was horrible because the floors were extremely sticky, so every time you walked, your foot got stuck to the ground. After all, I asked to be compensated for the horrible service with a free dessert but was only offered two soft drinks removed from the bill. Overall, the combination of poor service, lackluster food quality, and subpar cleanliness made for an unsatisfactory dining experience. Extremely upset we didn’t go to IHOP which was next door. Definitely, never going to a Ruby Tuesday’s restaurant again.

Went on Wed day of Eid.We're seated almost immediately. We then realized after waiting a while that something wasn't right. We asked our server Sheeke (Shekira) if things were ok. She shared with us that she was literally the only one there working. She was doing the work of the greeter and server. Others had called out. So we asked where management was curious about why they weren't helping. She stated they were around. We were quick to point out who they were. One was outside of his phone smoking and the other was just sitting there talking... After the smoke they both sat down talking instead of at the very least assisting with the greeting and seating ppl. Sheeke was doing it all ... For everyone. When we arrived all the booths on our side were taken and she's doing it alone?!? We were there for almost 2 hours and watched the male manager smoke and talk on his cell phone while he leaned on what I hope was his car... In blatant view for all the patrons to see while the other female sup just sat and did nothing. Only once did she get up and greeted one party after half the patrons had left but then resumed her position behind the booths to continue talking to Mr Smoke A Lot. It's a shame that as management you didn't pick up some slack. It's Eid families were going out to eat and celebrate and you have one server doing it all??!!? She gets all 5 stars. Management gets a fat smoky ZERO STARS.
