The food is amazing! This is my go to place for Peruvian food. I usually get the anticuchos, tallarín verde with milanesa. It’s soooo good. It’s a family restaurant and the lady is super nice. I always looks forward to eating here. The dining area is nothing great, but it’s still nice.
The food was very good, we loved the ceviche. The grilled chicken and fish sudado are totally worth it, as is the chicha. I understand the issue of tipping, and it is honestly a pleasure to pay when the food and atmosphere were very good. The young man who serves is very friendly and polite, I recommend this place.
I had ceviche in allot of Peru restaurants. Even in Peru. Nobody makes it better then sabor peruano. And the staff is excellent along with the owner. I will never eat ceviche no where except at sabor peruano. Great food and excellent service. Take my word I will be a customer for life. The best Peruvian restaurant in NJ. 5 stars
