Went in there today around 1pm the restaurant had 1 customer sitting in the seatting area I assume she was waiting for her food. I stood by the register one man was fixing the sushi bar area and the other guy was making one oder so I knew they where not too bussy. I stood there for a good 5 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge my presence atleast a greeting letting me know, that they will be with me shortly no one said nothing and I'm just standing there waiting to place an order for the office at my job. So I ended up leaving so rude bad customer service. I told the ladies at the office at the hospital that we decided to order food from next door, wich was a much pleasant experience and also ended up being happy with the food as well

Tried a chicken and Beef Teryiaki with rice.
The meat was tender, nice sauce. Good rice. Was good that day, but not a good option for leftovers

If I could give zero stars I would. TERRIBLE customer service. I ordered uber eats buy one get one free bundle and only received one. I went in person to claim the missing order and they refused to give it to me.
it does not taste like Japanese food. Rice is old, sushi not fresh. the place looks dirty and old, not ordered from here again.
I like giving local spots a try every chance I get. So I Ordered 2 chicken teriyaki meals using Ubereats. I mean it's chicken teriyaki what could go wrong right...well after this experience never again. The rice, meat & sauce tasted old & wasn't fresh at all. You could tell it was day old food. To make it worse whoever made my platters overloaded both with old stale white rice, MINIMAL chicken & no vegetables. Now It's not as if anything tasted good to begin with but I did pay for a 3 item platter and only recieved 2. For anyone else whose had a good experience here, lucky you but for me I'm staying away.

The sushi at Sakura Japan is fresh, service is kind & rapid. Sit and eat, order to take out or have it delivered. Sushi rolls start at $6.50 ea. and specialty rolls go up to $12.50 ea.

this food was disgusting ! I had general chicken with lo mein . The chicken was so dry and lo mein was so white . I hated everything about this meal . Never again and the boba tea tasted like perfume !
Their sashimi looked and tasted good. They were also big chunks :)

I usually go to this place at least twice a month and always get the same exact thing. Today they had a new girl there and I told her I wanted teriyaki chicken bento box and she kept asking me what kind of box and I kept telling her teriyaki chicken she wasn’t understanding, I told her I didn’t want vegetables and she wasn’t understanding what vegetables were. She was getting aggravated with me because she wasn’t understanding Basic English. They completely messed up my whole order. They just lost a loyal customer,
paid for my order, but walked out with no food because that’s not what I ordered.

Today I made a mistake and ordered something here. I wanted to eat there. One of your female employees is very rude. All the drinks were hot because your fridge was not cooling and they said they could give me ice in a cup, but it was ice in a paper cup. I told them I couldn't keep the drink like that and asked them to give me one of the other plastic cups, but they couldn't give me one of those cups because they were expensive.... Nothing I bought had anything to do with Far Eastern food. And more importantly I ordered a tofu roll, it was more like a wrap than sushi, it was very big and tasted horribly moldy, I didn't eat it and threw it straight in the trash. I would have asked an official to taste it to make sure, what they sold me.. It was a very bad experience for me!!!!! This is the first time in my life that Im reviewing a business. You can imagine what a bad experience it was!!!

I did make a order and went the delivery arrived my order was missing some items and I pay with my card they charge me and they didn’t resolve me anything and they keep me waiting for over 1 hour they never return the call they said they are not responsible for the order they said it was a 3rd party company 👎

Overall, gotta say was disappointed. Veg. Consisted of 1 1/2 pieces of broccoli, 1 shaving of carrot and soggy lettuce. No flavor to teriyaki. Requested white meat but wasn’t an option.
