Santiago's Bakery Elizabeth is a family-owned restaurant where the food, the service, and the ambience are 10/10. The food is phenomenal, with the family pouring their love into every dish. Customers loved the birria tacos, mango juice, hot chocolate, tamales, and pastries. The flautas of chicken are the best ever had, and the cakes are very delicious. The conchas are soft, sweet, and perfect, especially with a little cafecito. The pastry bread is soft, warm, fresh, and amazing. The staff is very welcoming, and the owners are a united and amazing family. The customer service is beyond phenomenal, and the wait time is not long. The hours are really nice. You literally cannot go wrong with anything here. The entrées are as good as the baked goods.
