Came here for 2 slices of pizza with my husband and everything was fine up until checkout. I’m waiting in line and MANAGER GLORIA PALACIOS came up with 2 pizzas she goes Hawaiian ? And she looked at me so I assumed it was mine and I go to reach and she goes did you order two Hawaiian? And I go no so then she was like then why are you reaching to grab it ? And I go well I ordered one Hawaiian and one pepperoni and you’re holding two boxes. She rolled her eyes and walked away. If you don’t want / can handle a manager roll don’t take it. They need to retrain her in customer service. I work in customer service which is why I try to be as nice and respectful. Disrespectful and unprofessional.
Had a lasagna, it was pretty good. Also wanted a mushroom slice, cancelled it right away when I saw the price. Ahahah 7.99 for a mushroom slice, are those truffles imported from Italy yesterday? And mozzarella flown from Italy in a first class? Not even in manhattan do they charge those prices for a slice of pizza, damn.

The staff were very disorganized and did not keep a professional working environment. Due to lack of communication between themselves, as I stood there they passed off the pizza I had been waiting for for over 20 minutes (there was a 15 minute wait time) to another customer right in front of me. In the moment I didn’t think much since I assumes they knew what they were doing more than I. So of course I had to wait for them to make another pizza again. Additionally when I would ask for updates on the pizza the staff would simply ignore me and give me no answer and continue with other customers until they finally felt like answering minutes after. She offered me some free items for the mistake but I felt that it shouldn’t have happened in the first place.

Manager refused to refund me after I found a bug in my food. I showed the other workers the bug in my food, and they went to get a manager and when the manager came out, they lied and said they didn’t see it. Disgusting.

The pizza is good however I don’t feel the same about the baked ziti. Simple and short, THE BAKED ZITI SUCKS!!!! Are we in a cheese shortage??????????

After 40 years of searching 🍕🕵️♂️… I’ve finally found the worst pizza maker in all of NJ 🤮. Shoutout to the arrogant older guy behind the counter — truly a masterclass in bad pizza and worse customer service 🎭.
This place is so shady, it deserves a full investigation from the Better Business Bureau 🕵️♀️🚨.

Service and food were ok! 👌 I’ve had better from other locations in Delaware. Customer service could be better. Presentation of the food was presentable.
Highly disappointed in the pizza, in line pizza got cold, they have no ketchup, pizza is dry and I never have this happened before , i asked for sugar free coke i got diet instead I get that they get busy and possibly understaffed but can we try a little harder..
