The staff were very disorganized and did not keep a professional working environment. Due to lack of communication between themselves, as I stood there they passed off the pizza I had been waiting for for over 20 minutes (there was a 15 minute wait time) to another customer right in front of me. In the moment I didn’t think much since I assumes they knew what they were doing more than I. So of course I had to wait for them to make another pizza again. Additionally when I would ask for updates on the pizza the staff would simply ignore me and give me no answer and continue with other customers until they finally felt like answering minutes after. She offered me some free items for the mistake but I felt that it shouldn’t have happened in the first place.

Manager refused to refund me after I found a bug in my food. I showed the other workers the bug in my food, and they went to get a manager and when the manager came out, they lied and said they didn’t see it. Disgusting.

After 40 years of searching 🍕🕵️♂️… I’ve finally found the worst pizza maker in all of NJ 🤮. Shoutout to the arrogant older guy behind the counter — truly a masterclass in bad pizza and worse customer service 🎭.
This place is so shady, it deserves a full investigation from the Better Business Bureau 🕵️♀️🚨.

Highly disappointed in the pizza, in line pizza got cold, they have no ketchup, pizza is dry and I never have this happened before , i asked for sugar free coke i got diet instead I get that they get busy and possibly understaffed but can we try a little harder..

I had a very disappointing experience around 4:15pm 02/08/2025 at this Sbarro jersey gardens location. While waiting in line, the attendant completely ignored me and, instead of taking my order, turned away to arrange things. When she turned back, she took the next customer as if I wasn’t even there. This behavior was rude and unprofessional, and it made me feel unwelcome and ended up buying nothing. Whether it was due to inattentiveness or something more concerning, it’s unacceptable for a customer to be treated this way. I hope management takes steps to improve customer service and ensure all customers are treated with respect.

My family and I had dinner here tonight (2/2/25). The food looked good, smelled good and tasted delicious. When we reached the register we were slapped with price shock and were left with a bad taste in our mouths. 6 slices of pizza, one pasta dish and a bottle of Coke rang up to $73.00!!! That is insane for a food court restaurant! They are charging airport prices. The stars of the show were the manager, Emmanuel, and who I guess was his assistant manager, a young, african american man with his braids in a man bun. They were especially nice amd provided above average service for a food court restaurant. They deserve to climb the ladder in the company. Thanks guys!

Overpriced and not fresh. I had ordered a plate of spaghetti meatballs and another plate of mariana sauce pasta with one chicken parmesan. As a drink I’ve bought a Coca-Cola and a water bottle. Costed us 41 dollars! Even Burger King would have been two times cheaper. Unfortunately, the food itself was also not fresh. The food was nearly cold, and the mariana sauce tasted sour, basically, it wasn’t fresh. Overall, it’s not a good Sbarro location, and would recommend going somewhere else to get food in the mall.
