There are a number of Sonics in the northern NJ area, there was one on rt 46 in Wayne, but it was so bad it closed, the one on rt 17 near Teterboro is OK, but this location near Newark Airport is the best I've been to, whenever I have to make a trip to EWR, I make sure to stop here for a Sonic fix.

usually get snacks like their awesome corn dog or soft pretzel twist but today i got the smash burher for $7.77. this is burger only and skipped the combo pricing which is at least $4 more. for the size of a normal double cheese the smashburger didn't do the pricing any justice. there was too few pickles for my liking, too much sauce and there were no crispy edges to this smashburger at all. i mean it was tasty but nothing close to what a double patty smashburger should look...

Only one person drops ratings for this location for me. It has happened Soo many times that although I never left a review negative or otherwise I'm compelled to do so now. Her communication skills are lousy. She always gets my order wrong. When I ask for another person to take my order she insists on resisting to do so. It's draining , frustrating & complicated when it literally should be fast food. The food is great. Other employees are great. Help is definitely...
