Twice we've tried to place a catering order over the phone and they refused insisting we needed to go in person. We took our business elsewhere but not everyone has time to place an order in person especially when you don't live in Elizabeth. Why they can't accept card payment over the phone in 2025 is beyond me. Very antiquated and poor customer service in that regard. Payment over the phone with a credit/debit should be the norm.
