Watch the video it’s will say it all! I received coupon in the mail went to purchase some food. For my son and a homeless child that was outside their restaurant. I placed my order and was told they don’t accept coupons. I asked for a manager due to the situation at hand. I’m in the store for over a hour. Still no results horrible. I’m so so bad that I couldn’t come back. With food for my son and the homeless child. So I goes and buy food at another store. Oh they keep the coupon to use for themselves

I drove all the way across town to this location which offered a special promotion. Buy one foot long, acquire the second foot long for free. I picked the 2 sandwiches of my liking and submitted specific details in the note section of how I wanted both sandwiches.Upon arriving back homes both sandwiches were hard, and not made to my liking at all. She didn't even cut the sandwiches the way I requested. One of two things, either this worker is incompetent or she doesn't know how to read, or understand English. Either way she shouldn't be left alone in the store if she can't properly fulfill orders. She made two regular sandwiches as if they had no instructions. I wasted my time, gas, and money. I bought a 5in sandwich and lays potato chips and my total was $9.15. Why is it so expensive? I got a turkey sandwich with Turkey, cheese, lettuce, onions and Mayo. The lady kept putting small amounts of onions and Mayo so I had to repeatedly ask for more. She never puts enough on the sandwich like why put a little Mayo on the sandwich if it’s too dry. Why was the 5in sandwich $7.19 the chips was $1..39 which was fine but that is too much for a 5in. Tax was 57 cents so nothing less to expect. But a 10in sandwich is around $10-11. This is unacceptable.

I was afraid of going because everything that people wrote about the place and service was negative but they were very pleasant and yes the amount of tuna was below my expectations I think that a little more tuna will be appreciate but other than that no complaints

Lady was putting half the veggies than Subway standard, i had to tell her 2 times to put the correct quantity. Another lady was cleaning the floor without even wet floor warning. And look at the amount of water she is using. It looks like they want someone to slip on purpose.
The service and food was great. The store was clean and the steak and cheese was a good sandwich to order.

The restaurant is always clean whenever I go. They tend to be a bit cheap with the meat portions. Sometimes they over add oila dn vinager. Never have had a issue.
