Waiter 19 pawel was very rude to me when I asked a question. I came in very polite and as a customer service manager I felt very u invited after I asked about gratuity on a take out order.. actually was going to offer the tip and order a drink just cause but after that attitude I was not intrigued at all. I love the food but pawell waiter 19 need to find another job where he doesn't deal with people because he is very rude

Just went for a drink. I didn’t expect the wings to be as good as they were. Decided to place an order for pick up one day. It’s just a little weird that you can’t call and place an order. You have to go online. Just bit inconvenient.
I used to visit this bar weekly for 15 yrs we haven't been here for about a year. We decided to return and order all our favorite foods. There was signs of the walls stating there was a 4% convenience fee for card paying customers which is fine. At the end we paid our bill and gave the girl a $25 cash tip, only to realize the following day when reviewing the receipt there was already a $15 gratuity added to the bill. This is something they could of added to the signs on the walls os state it somewhere. We feel scammed we unknowingly gave a $40 tip. That is ridiculous, let someone know or at the least circle it on the receipt.... SOMETHING so the customer is aware. We felt so scammed when realizing this, just for this we will not be returning. Because it's just such a bad feeling to feel like you got got.

The cook messed up my grilled chicken ceasar salad by pouring the wrong salad dressing on my salad. The waitress didnt properly fix the error. They even added gratituty for just 2 people. I'll never support them

Our order was completely wrong. Didn’t even get the appetizer we’d ordered. The wine was flat. My Cowboy Burger was supposed to be medium well but I got basically rare. The manager came over to fix the problem and then gave us free shots. BUT THE SHOTS HAD FLIES IN THEM. NEVER

Absolutely terrible service on a Monday evening, lots of staff present, not many customers and lousy service. Had to walk to bar for drink refills, takeaway boxes and check. Then they added an automatic 20% tip!Never to return which is too bad because I am in the area often for business trips.

The drink menu is both hilarious and delicious. Lots of different house drinks to choose from, plus the skilled bartender who will make sure you get exactly what you want. On top of that, a menu with a wide variety of dishes to choose from; steak, seafood, wings, portuguese cuisine... it has it all! The owner is always checking in with the tables, and the ambience can not be better, especially upstairs!10/10 will definitely come back!
Always a cool experience. The female bartenders are pretty good at making drinks. The steak is to die for. I always get a porterhouse and order if garlic clams. Prices are not bad at all.Parking: There are about 5-6 spots right at the front. They have a free parking lot off to the side that can hold at least 20 cars.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes there are no steps into the restaurant
Food was decent overall. Good selection of alcohol and food menu. 5 out of 6 of us thought the good was great! The servers seemed to forget about us and it was difficult getting their attention sometimes even though it wasn't very busy.On a night where every other restaurant had hours long waits we walked right in, got a table right away, and got a better experience and food than we were expecting.Kid-friendliness: No kids permitted. 21+

There's only one reason I'm giving this place 4 stars instead of 5, and that's because it's not a sports bar. There are sports on the television, but it's all from broadcast and regular cable, nothing is from a satellite. I went there on a Sunday to watch the 1pm NFL games, and the only game on was the one being shown on local t.v. Fortunately, it was the game that I wanted to watch, so I stuck around and watched the 49er game. I ordered a Bitoque burger, which has ham, a fried egg, and of course the burger on what looked to be a brioche bun (or something like it.) It was delicious and everyone else seemed to enjoy their food. There is also plenty of parking, with spaces in front of the bar and an overflow parking lot next door.

TERMINAL ONE IS TERMINAL NONE!! We got to this establishment at 10:51pm. We ordered our food, which was salmon, mashed potatoes and carrots, as well as garlic beard at 10:57pm. We literally got our food at 11:45. Mind you there were about 7 people who came in AFTER us and got all of their food, without any issues. Which included wings, sandwiches, soup and pasta. It wasn't busy at all in the establishment neither. Once we got the food the only thing that was hot was the salmon. Everything else was warm as if it was sitting on the plate waiting for the salmon the whole time. We asked the waiter for the Manager and the guy who owns the establishment (who is in the picture) came over. As we are talking to him and telling him how long it took for our food to come out and the fact that it wasn't even hot. He decides to argue with us back and forth about how the food is supposed to take long. And that the food was hot when it was brought out. And then proceeded to say how he wasn't going to do anything about it. Literally debating with us about how the food is made and so forth, instead of making the necessary accommodations and being polite. He then snatches our plates and water and told us to leave. The only reason this establishment is up and running still is because of us black people! That's the only business they get. And he decides to treat us like this?!! Yeah I promise you they will never see us again. Terrible choice for an owner. You know when your food is taking too long when other people around you start to notice as well. Good luck to this establishment because karma is real!
