Best way to put it, their services and drinks suck! The steak was just ok. Definitely not worth the almost $600 we spent up

Showed a disregard for people with allergies, even when informed. Staff was inattentive and careless putting someone at risk for injury.

The moment we walk in the front of the house was rude. After we sat down the server was bad. Ordered our food and the food was horrible. No flavor on the food, cold food, and the service was horrible.

I wish I could give this place a 5 but I can’t because of the food. My churrasco meal was room temperature when i took my first bite as if it was sitting somewhere. I’m not one to complain about my food & send it back so I ate it. The DJ was awesome, I vibed to the music, he was GREAT! Not sure i’ll be returning tho. :-(

So I just tried this spot and I have mixed feelings…

Let’s start with the food… everything was under seasoned. The steak was dry as hell even though I asked for medium rare 😩 and the empanadas? Horrible lol 😂 dry chicken and just not it. The guacamole had no lime, no seasoning—super bland. And don’t get me started on the cheesecake… giving straight up grocery store vibes.

Now the drinks? AMAZING. The unlimited drinks were definitely the highlight—my cup was NEVER empty 👏🏽 I just wish they had more than one option for bottomless mimosas.

The bathroom was small as hell too, just saying.

BUT I will say this—the staff was super sweet, attentive, and really made the experience better. Service was honestly the best part.

Overall… great vibes and service, but the food needs serious work.

So I enjoy the vibes of the places, it's really funny and amusing. I have gone 4 or 5 times for brunch and every times that I go, the brunch rules change. So you pay $49.99 and you can choose one appetizer, one entrees and share on dessert or pay $49.99 for shared appetizer, one entrees and dessert. Honestly, I don't understand. They should do a meeting for the sever to be in the same line. And It's illogical that you pay your brunch package and need to share with you friends. So if I go by myself, I need share with the tablet next to me. And I could go on talking about the same situation with the mimosa and the sangria. Nothing make sense.

The food was NOT it at all! I had gotten the salmon glazed dish w pasta n vegetables! First of all they didn't have the pasta nor veggies. Asked to go choose 2 sides, so I got sweet plantains and fries. The fries had no flavor what so ever! The salmon was Dry as ever no kind of Glaze on it. It had no flavor to it. The only thing good was the sweet plantains. My cousin ordered the steak and her dish also had to be eliminated w other things because her dish also didn't have everything available. The drinks taste straight up like Juice only. I had the mojito de parcha and it was so sweet that I tasted was the parcha. I came all the way from Philly here. NEVER AGAIN! Only thing popping was the Dj......

Few things that had me super disappointed about this place. We asked the waiter more than 3 times about the $50 brunch menu and asked if each person was going to receive their own appetizer and she said yes, so out of the 5 people In our table who ordered the $50 brunch menu each, we received one plate of chips with 2 tablespoons of guacamole, each of us received one empanada and one small skewer of chicken and meat which were the only decently seasoned meat we received all afternoon. we all chose the churrasco for our entrees which when we received it had zero seasoning on the meat and was super bland, and when the deserts came out it was two small deserts that were split between 5 people which is absurd for $50 a person, the deserts were smaller than the size of my fist. Ontop of this, we had to pay a 20% tip for the entire meal, which felt crazy to say considering we were deceived about the entire meal that was suggested to us, and were told the only things available on the entire menu was the brunch options only. Not a huge issue with the service, but I believe tip should go into consideration especially when it comes to the food, disappointing.

I had a nice time, can’t say much about the food but it was ok as I only ordered a salad. Shout out to my server JD. He was a vibe, music was a nice addition as I like all types of music. I had a nice time and will come again. Drinks were good also thanks to JD.

I took my husband for his birthday and the food was not so good. Half way into eating the food, I found a hair in the food. That's a total turn off for me.

I spent my 28th birthday here and did the $55 p/p pre fix birthday dinner package. The package online stated that the package I chose would come with 1 bottle of house champagne and birthday balloons. Upon my arrival and throughout the night we did not receive either of those items. All the drinks my friends and I had were purchased individually (which was no problem as that was expected) but we did expect to get what we paid for. The DJ does various general birthday shoutouts throughout the night but he never says your name specifically. They bring the big light up banner to your table with your name on it and that was nice but I did expect the balloons at least. I brought my own cake to the dinner and they offered to cut and I asked for the left over cake because they did not automatically give it to me. What they gave back to me was one slice for 1 person so I do feel that they kept a big portion of my cake for themselves. That could just be me. The service is good and the vibes are great as well. The food is on the blander side and the seasonings are not really there. This place is better for a night out versus an actual dinner with your friends and family for any celebration.

unfortunately, the garden wasn’t the place. I thought it would be. My partner and I went here for Valentine’s Day and granted it would be busy, but the service was horrible! It took the server 20 minutes just to bring us a glass of tapwater. We never received our appetizer for our $65 prefix menu and they had the audacity to wrap it up and give it to us home never received our dessert as well either.

Trying to make my deposit for my birthday and the staff is so rude. The lady hung the phone up on me cause i was asking her if i can make my deposit. I called back and she didn't answer the phone. They really need to teach there employees proper customer service cause we make them business and without people going there they wont get paid
