Food is decent, but their customer is HORRIBLE!
They have to update how to take orders cause that little notebook that they have isn’t helping anyone… and the wait times for pick up are even worse! Once you go in , they don’t greet you, people could be standing for minutes and won’t ask you a thing! My suggestion try another Peruvian restaurant in Elizabeth, they’re are so many to chose from! Don’t let this place let you down!

The owner just wants money. No good service at all! Very small portions and they charge so much for nothing! Terrible service.

Ordered a to go arroz Chaufa Family size and let me tell yall, expensive AF $50+ and the tray wasn’t even full…it is tasty but def not worth 50 bucks I’m sorry, honest review here

The food is amazing!!! Driving from out of state just to eat here because the food is so delicious. Always get the roasted chicken and fries. Delicious. Been coming here for years BUT the service sucks. Most recently we waited an HOUR for the food. An hour. Tables all around us that came after us got there food. They ordered alot of food too!

We finally asked the server where our food was and then we magically got it a few minutes later. Pretty ridiculous. Our server stunk but all the tables around us had very attentive servers. Maybe we are the outlier here.

Just get takeout and this will never disappoint.

Parking: Parking is rough but there is a paid lot nearby.

The food is delicious but I ordered delivery and they didn't want to bring it to me, I offered to pay for the delivery and give a tip and yet the delivery man sent me the message that "I wasn't going there." It's incredible that a business with such delicious food doesn't give you Dordash or Ubereats. I had to pay an Uber to come and bring her to me.

This is not my first bad experience with this company. I called 30 minutes ahead while on my lunch break to pick up a single order, and I’m still waiting. It’s ridiculous to be left hanging like this. I can’t rely on them to respect my time, and I won’t be returning.

The food is good I love ordering here but u have to have an EXTREME AMOUNT OF PATIENCES I only order here once very few months because the quality of the services is so BAD they are rude they are absent minded they are stuck up. I always order ahead and always arrive a little late and SOMEHOW my food is still not ready!?!? They never pack utensils either.
