The Encebollado is good... 2 years ago I went and I didn't like the encebollado this weekend and they have changed the cook and the Encebollado is great... and the girls who serve have good vibes.

The food is terrible, they want to aim to have options for people from Ecuador, Colombia and Peru, but in terms of Ecuadorian food there is a lot to improve. I don't recommend eating here or spending a dime as you will leave disappointed. Very, very bad food.
I bought a fish encebollado but when they served it to me you could tell that it was reheated, that is, it was not prepared the same day and also the encebollado tasted like in the preparation they liquefied the head of the fish and put it in the broth.

I ordered a fish ceviche, terrible!!!! It tastes like pure Fanta cola, counting the little pieces of fish and not to mention the onion, too much onion, the banana chips felt old. They damage Ecuadorian food!!!
The service is not so good when it comes to paying, they automatically charge you 17% of the tip even less when there are only 2 people and at lunch time the tip is automatically added when there are more than 5 people bad experience
