Good collection of TUMI bags. Been shopping here for the past 2 years and Julie is always so helpful in helping me purchase bags! Keeping me updated with the promotions in store and helping me look for a bag. She is a sweetheart! Thank you so much Julie 😊

The Asian woman who works in the shop on 9/15/22 has such a horrible attitude. She wasn't willing to help or explain the product. You don't work for a luxury brand mama, it's just a brand that you can find in Nordstrom rack too. Don't act like people can't afford it! Rude and stupid! You need to learn some manners before working in the store.

A must-visit place when you go to Jersey Garden Mall, a place where you can get great deals.

I liked

Before I headed to the store I called to find out if they carried a particular style backpack. The sales associate Yudelka was very helpful and knowledgeable and inform me they did have the backpack but not in the black color but she had recommended other designs they carried in the black that were very similar. She even offered to text me pictures of all similar backpacks she carried in stock. I was really impressed with her professionalism and I appreciate her going above and beyond, she is truly a great asset to TUMI. I only wished every retail store would have more sales associates like "Yudelka".
