Ordered just 1 order of bbq sausage… I waited 20 minutes for my order when I was the only customer standing there. I had to be the one to ask about my order instead of any of the 3 employees checking in on me 15 min into waiting. The worst Vivis location by far, don’t waste your time lol

The tea is serviceable but quite overpriced. Today I also got ripped off when I ordered a drink with zero-sugar in it and they marked it up $0.75 for no reason, but the drink tasted like it had been sweetened anyway.

Probably the worst bubble tea I’ve ever had in my life. The taste is horrible and the milk tea itself looks awful like it’s made up of separate particles seen. I think that the milk has gone sour. Don’t buy it here, buy from gong cha instead, it’s much better there.

Genuinely the worst bubble tea I’ve ever had. It was hot, the tapioca had no flavor, and it was honeydew allegedly but there was no hint of honeydew. Tasted like hot milk water with chewy mochi. The takoyaki was disgusting and the sausages were ok. I threw it all away. Expensive waste of money.

I went to the mall yesterday and I got bubble tea twice. The first time was a coffee jelly milk tea and tiramisu milk tea. It was amazing and the person that took our order was very nice and he was very helpful too. Second time I got the coffee one again and taro along with takoyaki. It was delicious and once again same dude took our order and delivered with excellent service. I am writing this to apologize for my loudness as I was with my cousin and had become upset with her. I didn't get the chance to apologize to the man who took our order for the shortness. I was in a rush and did not mean to yell. Once again drinks and food was delicious and service was phenomenal. I will be going again next time I go to the mall.
