Melanie was working the drive thru, took our large order, $65. She repeated it back on speaker, again on taking payment and again on giving the food thru the window. Told us what was in each bag and how many. EXCELLENT work ethic! The food was hot and as good as we remembered. The entire WC team was outstanding on this order. We will return for more. I just love them! The people are so nice! The food is great if you are a WC addict like me. For those needing to convert, try the fish nibblers (WOW!) and the mozzarella sticks.The only thing that amuses us is the tiny desserts on a stick...they are good but tiny!
Had a craving.... so I stopped by on my way home. Had a great laugh with the staff who took my order.?Giovanni? FULL OF ENERGY but unfortunately my burgers tasted old ..bread as well and I don't know if they cooked the burgers with a BBQ sauce... but my Friday cheat day was wasted. Just a classic slider with cheddar that's all I wanted ...disappointed that I wasted my $$.
The food taste just like I remember as a kid growing up, i came to visit and the customer service was beautiful with the food.

On 2/15 I placed an order online for pickup at the location. When I arrived the employee said they canceled the order because they are closed. it is 24 hour location not sure how they closed. On 2/16 I placed another order for delivery from this same location the UBER service for delivery that white castle is contracted with the driver said he could not find the address which was a lie and he said he will return the food to white castle.update: Mallory the GM called and spoke to me about the experience I had. Thank you for the call Mallory.

Everyone was very nice, and the food I always enjoy sliders. The music was way too loud and not very romantic for Valentine's Day. The decorations were good, I see other white castles had more on display.

Sitting in the drive thru for 15 mins for a sack of chicken rings. If the car in front of me had a big order they should be asked to pull into a spot and allow people who order smaller orders to be served while their BIG order is being prepared.

I stopped going to W.C. a looooooong time ago... years. I only went there because I got off work extremely early and didn't want to wait for Dunkin to open for another two hours. Having said that, White Castle was the play and I must admit they have gotten it together. The food was actually worth the time. I ordered a couple of surf and turfs as well as two dbl cheeseburgers with chicken rings and some fries...OMG, everything was great. Best trip to the castle I've ever made. The fries shocked me as I expected them to be soggy. Those fries were so crispy and good. I still can't believe it. Well done, White Castle, well done. I will have to return to make sure this wasn't a fluke.
