I recently stopped by Fern's White Diamond on E Grand St, and wow, what a fantastic experience! This cozy diner has that classic vibe with super friendly staff who make you feel right at home. I ordered the sausage, eggs, and potatoes with peppers and onions – it was absolutely delicious, perfectly seasoned, and cooked just right. The potatoes were crispy on the outside and fluffy inside, with the peppers and onions adding that perfect zing. My friend went for the corn arepa, and they raved about how fresh and flavorful it was, with a nice golden crust and authentic taste.
The portions are generous, prices are super reasonable, and everything came out hot and fast. If you're in Elizabeth and craving some hearty breakfast or comfort food, this spot is a must-visit. Five stars all the way – we'll definitely be back!
