Nobody should consume anything from this place. It is not edible and highly over priced
I paid 6 dollars for 6 vegetable dumplings with broccoli in them. Disrespectfully no.
Great, was delicious.
Should have read the reviews before I even bothered.... Remove that place.. overpriced for no good reason at all... Most of the food look like it's been sitting out all day and what I ordered was mediocre ( fried rice and that barbecue chicken mess).... Glad I didn't ask for extra.... Not sure what type of food its supposed to be but Don't waste your money or time...The employees act just like the food looks and tastes... Definitely not going back
If I can give it a 0 star, I would. The food quality is hands down the worst I ever had. The chicken, the noodles, and even the rice was horrible. I am shocked this place even operates. Stay as far away as possible
The worst place ever. Just don’t go. Food is inedible and staff look like they don’t want to be there.
The worst food quality ever!
Their presentation is so bad.
Low quality food ingredients, the broccoli was old!
This may be the saddest excuse for Chinese food on the eastern hemisphere. The orange chicken was absolutely terrible and basically was like sweet and sour rocks. The lo mein was fettuccine in soy sauce and the rice was undercooked and hard as well. For the first time in probably 30 years I had to go back and ask for my money back because it was simply going to get me sick. I’m convinced these people don’t even try the food they put out. Not one Asian person in the back so that might explain something. The worst part, it’s expensive…stay away!
Mum got food from here. The veggies were cold and hard; tasteless. The chicken n broccoli was cold as well and hard. Never again

Lotus Express was an absolute nightmare. The orange chicken and sesame chicken were completely inedible—both the batter and the chicken itself were rock hard, like biting into flavored concrete. The syrupy sauce was nothing but liquid sugar, making every bite worse. And the lo mein? Just bland, overcooked linguine masquerading as Chinese food. After a few miserable bites, the entire meal went straight to the trash. A little while later, I honestly felt like puking it out. Hands down one of the worst dining experiences ever.

Food is barely legal standards for eating. Cheap overcooked meat drowning in sugar sauce.
I had the orange chicken and literally had a vommit sensation for next hour after eating it. Beef with broccoli was 80% tendon.
Save yourself the upset tummy and go elsewhere!

I reserve 1 star ratings for places like this where I actually cannot force myself to finish the food. I am going to dump it in the trash and find something else in the food court to eat. I am actually concerned I will get sick from the first few bites.

The vegetable fried rice had no flavor despite putting soy sauce on it and the orange chicken was salty.

I am a traveller, so tried so many Asian foods in many countries, and this one is the worst ever. Noodle is too soft and no chewiness in it. Taste is rather imbalance. When ordering, can't mix noodle and rice. Entree was the fried chicken in ?lemon sauce. Peredominant taste is just sweet. Chicken was very firm. When it was my turn, they just made the new batch and mixed it with the old one, which looks super soggy. I was so hungry and after few spoons, I stopped eating and unfortunately had to throw the whole box away. And please be careful, they almost charge me 2x drink, when I only bought 1. Lucky I always check. Note : comparison is made with orher food court chinese restaurant, not even national.brand / bigger restaurant

The worse and not one of the worse ‘Lotus Exoress’ we ever had. We had ‘Lotus Express’ in other location and they were good and with seafood options. This location does not. Other locations would had a long line, this does not. All the food was bland, tasteless, and over cooked. Tried adding soy sauce and hot sauce but still it was not eatable. What a waste of food. I am assuming that the ‘Cajun Grill’ is the same because all the food comes from the same kitchen. PLEASE AVOID THIS RESTAURANTS. I would have given no stars but I am not allowed to.
