Very bad service, very expensive, by the way, today I went to order for breakfast and a bad experience I ordered 2 orders of pancakes and they only gave me one when I checked at my house and they charged me for it and their homefries were very bad

Went here on a Saturday morning. The place was completely empty, which is surprising for a bagel store on a Saturday morning however I ordered a western omelette. $14.70 for three eggs and mediocre home fries is an absolutely egregious number. Quality was mediocre best. Seems like most of the other reviews reflect the overpriced nature of this store. Would recommend listening to the customers. **edit. This is my first time here. I live 45 min away.

Disappointed. I used to love the French toast. But seems like the way it's cooked has changed based on my most recent order. The French toast was smashed flat into thin crispy slices. And overloaded with cinnamon to the point there was a spice aftertaste. That's unfortunate.
Edit. It wasn't a bagel. And the manner in which you have responded back to ALL the reviews with low stars shows unprofessionalism further DIMINISHING your business. It deserves 0 star. Quite distasteful. Maybe consider the critism givin , and learn to PERFECT what clearly needs work.

I thought it was just bagels but I stopped in saw burritos and tacos and so much more so I got a chicken burrito and it was absolutely delicious with real homemade sauce on the side and everything fresh made as the people were so nice gave me extra sauce and it is such a casual chill comfortable atmosphere Iāve already been back for more bc itās so good!

Honestly this bagel store is way over priced and also the portions of food they give is so little for the amount you spend they donāt care about there customers, they care about there pockets. Save yourself a trip and go to Top Bagels couple blocks up good prices and good portions. This bagel shop is going to lose there business because you donāt do customers like that and putting expensive amounts then on top of the the reading saying tip just alone coming out of the store your spending close to $20 might as well make your breakfast at home or save it for lunch. save your money and go somewhere that your money is being respected.
The food here is ok itās not bad nor is it good. They always lack cheese when I order egg n cheese but whatever. I give it a one star review because of the dirtiness of this place. Everytime I go in to get food and want to sit all the tables are all dirty and never cleaned up after. And yesterday when I went and sat by the window there was so many ants walking all over the tabletops. Maybe because they have PLANTS on the table like what. I was very disgusted and an ant even went into my plate and I couldnāt stand another second in there. Owner also replied to my review saying Iām a bad reviewer when thatās not true at all Iām a very well-known reviewer and have good ratings because I tell the truth he never admitted about the ants situation though, everyone is more than welcome to go and look for yourself since he said Iām ābannedā for leaving a bad review. Will be submitting a report to the Department of Health so they can investigate. I also was going to leave this out, but when I saw other peoples review about this store, why not mention it but the employees there which are two girls and a guy are very mad looking and always angry for what reason I donāt know.
I use to stop at this location for breakfast almost every morning but gave it a break because of the front desk cashier. She always has an attitude. So today I gave it another try thinking maybe she was just going through something in life and things might have changed. Same attitude. Horrible. I give these people my money and in return all I ask for is at least a smile. Great food I just suggest reassigning her duties. She is not welcoming at all. Wonāt be back.
