It's a bit misleading when you need to find the line to order, but there are people who have already ordered and are waiting. The guys who already ordered in front of me didn't speak English and were waiting. The staff didn't let me know thay for a while. After that it was quick. I just needed 2 bagels with regular cream cheese. Then it was easy.

I have tried several times eating breakfast at this location but everytime I did the lady at the cashier makes or made mistakes and do not like to rectifier her mistakes, today for example April 08 2026, I came in at 7:32 AM and ordered me one breakfast plater 3 eggs, home made and I picked turkey sausage link for extra charge, however it came turkey patty and no cheese, questioned the cook and the counter lady and both said you didn’t ask for , really ? In the description it says one meat and cheese…. It is common sense .. and it is not good, they could just give a slice of any cheese to put on top of the eggs, that is all,, no big deal.. however I had Had issues with same lady and cook. Just want to make you aware of . Thanks

Food was good. Service not great, the lady who works there started giving me an attitude from the beginning. I asked for coffee and she just put a cup in front of me and walked away. I thought she was going to serve my coffee since I saw a big coffee machine behind her. I waited because I thought she was going to come back and give me my coffee. It then she started chatting with another costumer, I asked the guy next to her and he pointed to the table next to the window where I can get my coffee. I don’t have a problem with getting my own coffee but at least let me know.

I order a Tuna on a bagel with cheese the cheese was so terrible I had to throw it away first she said it was $9 and some change I look at my transactions was charged almost $12 unbelievable it wasn’t even good I’m pisses

Girlfriend ordered a blt and a bacon egg and cheese with the bread toasted. They forgot to do it. When she received them and saw they weren't toasted, she asked if they could just toast the bread. They refused. Absolutely horrible place, the staff hate their jobs and they take it out on the few customers they have. Never again.

I’ve been coming here for years and lately every time I come the customer service is terrible. The woman behind the counter is incredibly rude. I placed an order to pick up a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese and jelly. I’ll let the picture speak for itself. It wasn’t toasted and I guess they were running low on both cream cheese AND jelly. I’m from Jersey and this a disgrace to Jersey bagels. Won’t be coming here again.
