If I could give less stars I would. Our son has allergies so we asked for a clean unused scoop to avoid issues. The guy behind the counter grabbed a scoop and told us this one is used. Nope I'm not risking it.

Recently renovated and quick with mobile orders. That's really the only reason this isn't a one star. A cashier was more interested in counting his tips than serving us. After waiting for a while for him to come to the register, he then stated there were no banana splits which we were requesting and walked away without even giving us the opportunity to request something else. 6pm Tues 4/16

They took care of customers that came in after us, who actually wanted something that would have to be cooked, when we were waiting for ice cream. Then when we ordered, the kid didn't even know how to fill an ice cream cone, but instead gingerly rests a round scoop on an empty cone. So of course it nearly fell off. Perhaps some training?
