Certain employees here are terribly rude. Thinking we won’t hear what you say in behind the counter, talking all types of smack about an honest mistake. Next time, if i encounter this employee again, she’ll be eating a sweet sundae for her sweet mouth. Try me on a bad day.

I went to this location at 9:20pm on 6/10/24 when they close at 10pm to order a cappuccino blast and they told me no. They told me they already cleaned the blenders. They then said “Okay, so nothing, good night” very sarcastically. I understand everyone wants to go home, but there was no one in the store at the time and no one in the drive through. Horrible customer service, bad attitude and lazy.

Went her at 9:20. Girl tells me the blenders have been washed and she refuses to use the blenders… MISERABLE people working the night shift. PLEASE don’t turn people away and ruin this business for pure laziness. Thanks.

This is what I paid $8 for. I ordered a triple scoop ice cream and this is definitely not a triple scoop. It looks like they used a kids scooper for my cup and it wasn’t even filled up. Shame on you for robbing your customers!

They was very nice, professional and very quick. It only took about 5 mins to get out drink and they was great. They messed up one of our drink but fixed it immediately without any issues. They was finish remaking it before we even left the counter. I really appreciate there service and will be back.
