I wanted to take a moment to recognize two exceptional team members at the Dunkin Donuts on River Road in Elmwood Park, across from Marcel paper Company. Rosie and Millie from the 9:30 AM shift. They are consistently amazing. Even during busy mornings, they stay calm, attentive, and incredibly efficient. The store is always clean when they’re working, and their customer service is outstanding. As a boss myself it’s hard to find great employees that go the extra mile. They truly deserve appreciation for how hard they work.

I really didn’t want to leave a negative review, but I always order the same drink through the app, and every day it tastes different or something’s missing. There’s no way to request a refund, and calling customer service is just a waste of time.

Terrible service and attention to customers. Very often never do orders in the right order if placed on the self-order station. Employees don’t communicate with customers to let you know you will have to wait before they take your order or approximately for anything. 9/10 days dirty inside the restaurant and restroom. (Now leaving a second review:). Employees are completely uncaring about customers, will sometimes even complain to customers while they are ordering. They simply seem to not care at all about customers and that is a very big turn off. I only do come here because it’s the closest option for coffee and on my way/walk to work.

Very bad experience. No customer service skills, weird attitude especially the indian guy he talks to people like they are begging from him and you have to wait by the counter for someone to come out and take care of you. Never going again.

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever. Customer service is so bad and extremely so slow. Only one person working and he’s so slow and the other older guy just stands there not helping around and theirs big lines and people get frustrated. Management needs to have a talk with them. They told one customer to wait 10 minutes to make his drink like what is this service. #horrible. I waited 10 minutes for a small caramel latte

The food here kinda sucks, as does all Dunkin' food, but the coffee is good. The staff is always super friendly and make me feel welcomed. Plus it's right across the street from work.
