Ordered a medium coffee 5 honey, they're telling me they can't put it in, I have to put it in my self. It defeats the purpose of going drive thru, I want to be able to drink my coffee while driving. Now I have to pull over, put the honey in my hot coffee, which is ridiculous and risky.

It’s just an okay Dunkin, they constantly forget items when ordering through the app for drive thru pick up (happened 6+ times), staff has attitude issues can definitely use some customer service training

Just watch out when the drive through is very busy that you have sweetener in your coffee.
Check the straw before you start drinking. Had molds. Very disappointing

I visited here to grab a quick breakfast. Unfortunately my order was never placed in the pickup area for mobile orders, instead was sitting behind the counter for absolutely 0 reason while I stood there wondering what was going on. Whatever. My sandwich was incorrect, had to get it fixed, to which a cold piece of cheese was just thrown on. I gave up at this point. There was a big meeting going on with I'm assuming the owners and some staff which took up a bunch of table space. Kind of odd.
