It's not that this place is bad, it's like all other Dunkin donuts. Coffee is mediocre at best, at least it wasn't sour like I find it to be at least half the time. Only came in here out of necessity to stay warm and use the restroom, LOL.

Food is inconsistent, sometimes my cheese is melted, other times it’s not, sometimes the hashbrowns are freshly cooked, sometimes they’ve been siting for enough time for them to become tough. It’s hit or miss if they put white cheddar rather than american, and i’ll be lucky if i get more than 1 piece of bacon.

I went to this Dunkin and I ordered a macchiato with almond milk when I got to the window the girl said “oh we do not have almond milk I can use skim milk and add vanilla pump To make it taste like almond milk”. I said no I do not drink dairy milk. They said they checked the freezer to use almond milk then they came back less than 30 seconds with a new macchiato said it was almond milk... I was a Dunkin shift leader, I know that is not how quickly you can make an iced macchiato! Just a warning for anyone else, do not order from here if you are specific with the milk you get!

I called to ask about the menu. I asked a genuine question of how much there water costed because I couldn’t see it online. Honestly right now I’m not in a good state with money and mental health. So the woman who picked up the phone it was Tuesday June 25th around 5:45 PM and whoever was working the phone was very rude and told me to me to get a life and hung up. I don’t know if she thought I was trying to play with her, so I called her again saying sorry I’m not sure what happened and then asked the question again “How much is your water” and she said go to your sink and fill it up, then I told her “i’m sorry, but I’m not able to do that right now
I don’t have a house I’m just close to the dunkin and needed water for my baby.” She then said come inside and you will see what happens. I said wow you’re rude and she told me to kill myself. So I wish I got her name and I really do hope she loses her job because there is no reason for anybody to like that.

My husband and I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts location. When we visited for the first time at 6:30 AM yesterday, he ordered a small latte and specifically requested a small quantity of milk. Despite clearly mentioning this preference, the staff member (lady) ignored the request and didn’t inform us. When my husband reiterated his need for less milk, explaining that we go to workout in the morning and can’t have too much milk in our coffee, she started arguing and called over a co-worker, making a big deal out of it.

We have been to many Dunkin’ Donuts locations and always had pleasant experiences, especially at the one near our house where the staff does a great job. However, this particular visit was frustrating and unnecessary, especially considering the cost of the coffee. Everyone deserves to have their coffee made correctly without unnecessary drama. Unfortunately, this location failed to meet our expectations and left us with a negative impression.

I paid 11$ for 2 drinks & would appreciate to get what I paid for when I ask for less ice. & This is such a reoccurring thing is so frustrating I had to resort to writing a review on google. I wish I could’ve took a picture of when I initially got my drink because this picture doesn’t do justice.
