I went and placed my order through the drive-thru. The guy was very nasty and very RUDE. I drive up to pay with my phone. I use the App to pay and purchase a free donut. He charged me and when questioned, he had an attitude saying basically it is what it is with a smirk! He did not even attempt to correct his mistake or do anything! I paid and drove off because I knew with the manager they have that nothing would be done. I know because prior to me going, a few months back I went with my cousin and she was overcharged and the manger was so unprofessional and nasty also. He also did nothing to correct his error. Last time! Its not about the free donut, its about the way they talk belittle the customers. Be warned of this Dunkin donuts!

I went on Tuesday and wanted to use the offer I had on my phone and the lady seem annoyed , try a couple of time and she said it wasn't her fault it didn’t work. I told her it was fine and order 2 medium coffees. She proceeded to give me a small one and a medium instead. Then I pay with a $50 bill and that was also a problem. I get to my car and wanted to eat the munchkins only to find out there is a hair in them, It’s so disgusting, I wish I would’ve seen the review before buying.

I never was so insulted in my life especially by a young female working at the Elmwood park dunkin donuts,Tuesday July 2nd around 7:15 pm I pulled up at the drive thru me and another car were waiting 10min for service, no one took our so I pulled up to the window thinking the drive thru might be broken. I was told by the one female worker sorry we didn't see you, she was the taller one and she is always nice then the shorter female worker comes to the window telling me to drive around again I said I waited 10min I'm not gonna drive around again why can't I just give you my order here she told me no you gotta drive around I replied to her that the service really really sucks around here lately and her response to me was: you no what else sucks around here, I asked her what she replied to me the customer all suck around here I started to drive off in disbelief as she yelled get out of here and cursed me in Spanish as she was clapping her hand. I’ve been going there for the last 7 years and never had an Issues, the taller female is always nice and friendly but the shorter one was just very rude and unprofessional she needs to get terminated and if I have to I will contact corporate

I went to this location at 9:20pm on 6/10/24 when they close at 10pm to order a cappuccino blast and they told me no. They told me they already cleaned the blenders. They then said “Okay, so nothing, good night” very sarcastically. I understand everyone wants to go home, but there was no one in the store at the time and no one in the drive through. Horrible customer service, bad attitude and lazy.
I had an outstanding experience with Sohani at Dunkin’. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor made my entire interaction seamless and enjoyable.

The location is so convenient however every time I put in a mobile order whether I’m 15 minutes away or or 5 minutes it’s neverrrr ready. This is the ONLY location that I have this issue with! The purpose of a mobile order is supposed to be the convenience. Unfortunately, that’s not the case here. Lost customer
