Pizza arrived cold and wings were days old. I have never ordered from a new place and had this happen. Very disappointed

I like their pizza and paninis but delivery for just a large pie is $24 and change. It says $16.95 for a large pie on the menu online, so the $7 plus is tax and fees. Just fyi. So imo, pick it up instead lol.

Ordered VERY last minute for Super Bowl Sunday but the EP team came through! The food was so good - even the free loaf of bread was so soft and fresh I served it and people were dipping. Mozz sticks were real not frozen or fake. The vodka sauce is truly one of the best in the area. Dreaming of my next Frannies meal ♥️

Really wanted to like this, but the Detroit pizza was too salty. Couldn't eat it. Waste of $20. Regular pizza was not great. The specialty Detroit boom boom was very nice. Wish I got a whole pie of that.

Decided to get lunch from this restaurant. I ordered the chicken cutlet honey mustard wrap. When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked in and the place was super cute. The food was ready and I paid and left. When I dug in the wrap was pretty good. I enjoyed the honey mustard on the wrap. All in all hada good experience!
Extremely dissapointed Used to love this place, not what it used to be last few times I went. Was given leftover pizza from night before.Grandma slices like eating a cardboard loaf of bread with sauce slopped over it, not that light airy crispy grandma slice they used to have. Sauce taste like ragu, not at all what it used to be. My one and only favorite pizzeria not anymore. Get things back to normal please!!!
