Went in on a Monday night there were tables with three people already eating at them when we arrived outside of that the place was completely empty. We waited almost 10 minutes before somebody came over to tell us that our server was delayed and we would have to wait before someone could come and take our order. We proceeded to leave. Staff was in the back laughing and giggling and carrying on when someone could have come over and at least taken our drink order but that didn't even happen.

I visited Friendly’s today and found a LONG hair in my ice cream sundae. While the waiter and manager were apologetic, I was disappointed by the General Manager’s lack of involvement. Instead of coming over to address the issue, he simply stared from another table with other employees, which made me feel like my concern wasn’t important. This experience was a huge letdown, and the poor customer service from someone in a leadership role was frustrating. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to improve future customer interactions. However my family associates and I will NOT be returning to this establishment.

Well I just order theses French fries last night and they were burn and hard as a rock we need better older workers for this restaurant and we need better older waitress that could take the customers order and sever the customers the right order and for this restaurant we need a host for the front of the front entrance of the restaurant and we need a cashier for the front of the restaurant and we need a older dish washer worker that could handle the plates and we need older waitress that could pay attention to there job not giggly with there friends that's not working we need better workers for this nice restaurant and better older managers one in the morning and one at night to see how clean the restaurants tables are and also the restrooms and they should close the other side and keep that side only for special events. Because this is a American restaurants that we need real waitress and host for this beautiful restaurant.

I really enjoyed the food. The last time I went to Friendly's was around 2000 when I was on a field trip somewhere in upstate NY. Everything was just as good now as it was then, especially the milkshake.
