Do not go there! I just wait 20 minutes for 4 wings and mac &chese (I was the only customer)and I got expired mac & chese.

MAJOR WARNING, this place will try to steal your money. I placed my order of 20 wings (29.99$ plus tax) which would come out to a total of 31.98$. I handed over 40$ and this guy had the audacity to switch the price to 40.13$ while I was looking at the menu. As I waited for my change, he just stared at me. My wife pointed out the price change and mentioned that it was 29.99, so why are we being overcharged. Looking frustrated, he gave me back 5$ and said “ok 35$”. I had to point it out to him that the total doesn’t make any sense. It should be 31.98$. He apologized once more and gave me the remaining 3$. AVOID AT ALL COST.

I don’t know if the owners changed, but I remember this place being way different the last time we came here a year ago. It was much more lively and friendly. I think the other owners sold the location. I have to add that the food was not bad, but the service alone with the attempt at stealing extra cash from me is definitely going to keep us away from this place and I suggest you do the same. Go to the Krispy Krunchy Chicken location in Paterson. Way better service. This Elmwood Park location has thieves!

Unbelievably poor treatment of customers! Saw the video where the owner aggressively confronted a family who had made a purchase but still got their car towed. This place clearly doesn't value its patrons. Avoid at all costs!

chicken tenders and biscuits are the best you can get anywhere if theyre fresh. There's really nothing that beats them. Owners are very nice and service is usually quite fast. Havent really tried the other food, but i've recommended the tenders to countless people now and they all rave to me about how good they are. Great spot

I ordered my food online and it was ready on time, the guy behind the counter was very friendly and professional. The tenders were very tasty and fresh, but after driving home for about 15 minutes, unfortunately my breading got soggy so only a little bit was still crunchy. The biscuit, however, was still a 10/10, blew anything else I’ve had at a chicken spot out of the water. Will hopefully come back someday and eat my chicken in-house before it loses it’s crunch on the way home

I got chicken with biscuit. When I came home the chicken didn’t have no taste and it smelled really bad . I had to wait couple of minutes before I could place my order . Either there food is to salty or has no taste . Nasty couldn’t even eat the chicken because of the smell. It’s a rip off to pay for something that isn’t even cooked well or smell bad.

This is my second visit, and I still see this paper on the window. Last time, I waited for a long time, but nobody opened the door. This time, I’m leaving and I don’t plan to come back to this place.

I ordered pick up & they confirmed my order. I am here in the parking lot & they are closed. I am parked outside of a dark bldg at 5:15pm w a text to come pick up my order There’s a sign on the door - closed for 30 minutes. I have been here for 45 min. Don’t order from them. Go into the store. Update: I just got a text saying my order was ready. When I talked to the guy (finally picked up a phone) he said it’s no big deal. I said oh, are you cooking dinner for my family? Bad business.

How tf yu run outta fries , or how tf you can't fry fresh? How lazy do you have to be to fry fresh ones... I ordered fries and they went and got fries from BurgerIM LOL one look at the map and the locations are 1 min from each other by foot and by car so they ran over there and got it like that "steamed hams" episode of The Simpsons. I would aslo like to know how tf is the Paterson hood loction doing better, I bet even they wouldn't do that.

Came in to pick up food then as I ask, for my food. Had to wait because he having an argument with a delivery driver. Over the wrong package the delivery driver told him it’s not his fault. still insulted the guy even call him then n word ask for my food he gave an attitude then ask me to leave. would you feel comfortable ordering from this place will you think care and love it’s being done for your food with the attitude problem the guy has he gives a Muslims a bad image and for that I can’t spend one dollar here.

The lady was extremely nice and the food was very reasonably priced! I plan on going back there again and again to try almost everything on their menu!
