I wanted to edit my initial review as.I failed to mention that the customer service was pretty decent, the young lady answered my questions and was pretty helpful.
the pastry looked fancy and the taste was definitely present except it was Not la patisserie du jour and that was the reason for my disappointment, . Maybe I should have asked though
I will definitely return, and give it another try !!

Has to be one of the Best bakeries in the state. I love their croissants!!! It’s fresh flakey and rich with flavors. Cup of coffee and a croissant with eggs is a chefs kiss!! Definitely recommend coming here for croissants and even their desserts!!

Hi again - I would like to respond to your response. My husband did not ask me to write a review - I took it upon myself because I heard your tone in the background of the phone call and was appalled that someone would talk to a customer like that -- regardless of the circumstances.

He ordered and paid for two tarts online last week which were not ready by Saturday. Since it was his Mom's birthday Saturday and the tarts were not ready, he paid for an additional mango cake. In total, there were three cakes all of which were paid for both online and in-person. I looked at the receipts myself - as the business owner we would love for you to review the camera, receipts, or whatever you need to do to ensure that both you and your staff maintain a more accurate record of orders and purchases

Lastly to clarify - loyalty is two sided in a business to customer relationship. I know for a fact that my husband has continued to show up for you and your products regardless of how far he had to drive, how long he had to wait -- or even if the item he ordered wasn't ready on time (which has been the case). It is evident both in the situation that occurred today and once again in your responses here on Google that the "loyalty" was not reciprocated.

After being a loyal customer for years and recommending this establishment to friends and family, I regret to say that I will no longer be visiting this establishment following my recent interaction with the owner. I understand that the holiday season can be stressful, but his behavior was unacceptable. While his staff attempted to defuse the situation and clarify the issue, his tone and refusal to apologize were the final straw for me. Furthermore in response to a comment about having me on camera. I hard ordered a strawberry tart for Saturday and another one for Thanksgiving eve. After speaking to the staffer who was very courteous about pushing back and order he assured me it would be ready on Saturday. When I arrived the tart was not prepared and I offered to buy another cake as I needed it for my mother's birthday. The staffer then offered me that one discount, apologizing to me and said both tarts would be ready to go on Wednesday. Again the staff there are courteous, the owner should take a page from their book.
