Pizza meets the expected Singas experience but placing a delivery order on their website (not doordash or Uber - no experience with either of these for me) is a bad idea. I ordered online directly thinking that would simplify things for the merchant and 3 of the 11 pies were incorrect. I called to see if they could be either refunded or re-delivered, whichever the store preferred. In short, they could not do either. After explaining the situation to two different people, they handed me back to the person who made my order to double down that my order was indeed correct (except for one specialty pie I ordered on their website that apparently does not exist so they sent me a plain cheese instead). In short, don't waste your time or money ordering online. Also important to note that none of my contact info was shared with the store so they couldn't call me to say the specialty pie listed on their website did not actually exist.

Horrible service. Menu shows $8.50 for chicken fingers and $4.25 for french fries my receipt he charged me $9.99 for chicken fingers and $5 for french fries. And when I brought it to his attention, he told me to leave a review so that’s what I’m doing. Check your receipt if you shop here.

Tried placing order and the person who picked up the phone has no idea how to take order. He has no idea how to talk to customers. Didn’t place my 20 pie order with them and too my business to Different place.

The pizza is good but the owner need to give a better training to the staff I went to order 2 pizzas I was there waiting like for 25 minutes a couple that order after me got their order fast and I was waiting there I have to ask the guy how long they will take and then he went to a table and gave me a bag with the pizzas so my order was ready the whole time he saw me multiple times walking around the pizzeria and he had the audacity to ignore me instead of telling me something or giving me the order I don’t know what is wrong with this guy but he is very rude!

Botched my online order. Didn’t answer phone all morning or afternoon literally at noon crickets. Then delivered it Sunday to a medical office. Now I have to open an Amex investigation. They got delivery time wrong by days and then they wouldn’t answer phone to rectify. Oh and the email for support came back undeliverable. Now I have issues with a customer and Amex. Fraud alert. Don’t go here

Extremely slow and unreliable service. I received a pickup order 40 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. They didn't even start making my order until after I arrived (despite arriving 10 mins after I was told it would be ready). On top of that, they also did not get my order correct.

I ordered Singas special pizza’s thinking it doesn’t have any meat. When it got delivered it had meat in it. I would’ve not ordered it if they had a description of the pizza on the menu. Wasted my money and when I tried calling them they hang up! Need refund!
