The inside of the restaurant is filthy the service is ridiculously slow my order was messed up and it was only three items and when I spoke to someone they were extremely rude and I'll just say it like unless you speak a certain language you're not going to get anywhere at this place go somewhere else

The manager there and the worker does not know any thing about policy They run the store in they own rules and policy because they know that after 12 midnight no one will complain and if you call when does customer service after midnight nobody pick up so you do the complain ….

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!! The Supervisor was extremely RUDE, I made a mobile order and when I head to the pickup area, the floor was wet and VERY DIRTY causing that I lost my balance and I almost fell on the floor. This was extremely dangerous for both customers and staff and instead of helping me, the supervisor told me I should ask a crew member before trying to pick up my order. She judged me instead of noticing or figuring out that I almost had an accident in this location! She tried to mask her fault, blaming me for almost falling on the floor... What a SHAME!
I love the baked potato with cheese & bacon. Is that still available? Don't see it listed below. Get the Chocolate and vanilla Frosty!

The workers who take the orders at the drive thru never put the order in right. I ordered a Baconator single with no fries and a Medium drink. Instead they gave me a double Baconator with fries and never gave me my drink. I have to tell them which they should already know. The workers at the second window are a joke. They think everything is funny and want to look at me weird. I hope corporate see this and retrain all of you!

Very bad service, drive through usually takes 15 to 20mins which is outrageous. It would have been okay 1 time but this happens often.

I gave this Wendy's location 2 out of 5 stars which is on par with the rate of correct orders to those I have placed. I can empathize with very difficult orders or when volume is very high, but I am talking about basic stuff with 4 or 5 items, this should not be too much to expect. Dave would not be happy...
