This evening I ordered the sliced steak sandwich via DoorDash. It arrived without the french fries. I called the restaurant and was told I selected coleslaw and therefore could not get the fries. On the DoorDash menu, the description clearly states fries come with the meal. I confirmed with the young woman on the phone that she was stating it’s EITHER fries OR coleslaw and she said yes. So what I’m dealing with is either incompetence or lying and neither one is a good look.
