I used to work nearby and buy lunch at this location about once a week. Even when they were busy, the workers were always nice and I've never had a complaint about the food I received. There was one woman who always helped me with my pickup order, and she always made sure my order was right. I regret not learning her name, but she went above and beyond to fulfill my order. One time she even put my drink in the freezer before I arrived so that it would cool down by the time...
Just grabbed some sandwich’s that were sooo good. Conner and Gavin were the employees on duty and were very knowledgeable on the menu which helped me make my selections. The hard working young men did a great job handling the long line, online orders and the grill. Very impressive, give them a raise!
I don’t usually visit Jersey Mike’s, but the location near my job is good. It’s always busy, yet the staff keeps things moving quickly and stays friendly. The sandwiches are consistently good (I always order the tuna and the cookies). I appreciate being greeted every time I walk in. I met the general manager, Eric, today, he was very welcoming. This is definitely my go-to spot when I’m working in Westwood.
