Im sure this place is slammed in the early hours. I stopped in for a box of cookies and miniature pastries. They have a few differnt cakes on display. This place was legendary in ridgefield when I was growing up in the 80s. Everyone there was nice and kept it moving.

I have been coming to Rispoli for many years, and it has always been one of my favorite bakeries. Everything I have tried there has been delicious, but I especially love their eclairs, cream puffs, and absolutely amazing lobster tails. The lobster tails are filled with the most delicious cream I have ever tasted. The pastry is light and crispy, and the filling is incredibly smooth, rich, and flavorful.

I like Rispoli. Most of their goods are above average. The one thing I don't like is they have prefilled canolis in the case. Canolis should always be empty shell and cream filled at purchase.
