I was here about two months ago for the 1st time ever with my daughter and it was great! Sadly on Friday January 16th around 3:00 pm I stopped in here for a French onion soup and what a disaster! None of the servers were paying attention because a food reviewer was snapping pics left and right, soup came after a little translation spell (my servers English was limited, short little Hispanic lady, Young guy with lots of curly dark hair had to translate) back to the soup, cheese was NOT MELTED as you can CLEARLY see in the pic below (5 layers of different sliced cheese đ€ź)I bit down on a piece of, had to be week old bread and broke my front tooth!I showed both servers AND busboy, the manager felt it and was shocked at how hard it was. I had recently had my teeth fixed because of damage from chemotherapy and low and behold THE FRONT ONE FELL OFF! I actually told the server it felt lose and that this was just RIDICULOUS. Manager gave me her number told me to text a Pic right after incident exactly 3:45 and someone would reach out! Well, $1,000 repair and 5 weeks later, no phone call, no apology NOTHING! Thank God for photogenic memory, pictures and YELP REVIEWS! I will get this reimbursement one way or another! Restaurants really should stop trying to cut corners!

Came here to eat brunch on a sunday. They should really have someone in the parking lot guiding people into spots like they do in their edgewater location. Didn't wait at all we were sat in the sunroom which we had no problem doing. Service is extremely slow like horrible I recommend everyone ordering all at once. Which is what we did, the drinks we ordered didn't come until after we finished eating the appetizers. The food was good no complaints. What was annoying is a table near us had an intoxicated man but yet he kept ordering more liquor, im sure once you see someone who can no longer handle drinking YOU SHOULD NOT GIVE THEM MORE. he was being disrupting and loud. We had asked for the check and it took the waiter 30 min alone just to bring it to us.

My first time visiting this popular spot. We got there at 10:30am on a Sunday and was seated quickly and serviced quickly as well. The waitress we had was very nice and attentive. The staff sang HBD to my son. We enjoyed the food and ourselves.

This was a really disappointing experience, and I wouldnât recommend this place.
Parking was an issue, but that wasnât a deal-breaker. Unfortunately, the service and overall organization were. If a restaurant canât handle the volume, it shouldnât keep seating guests. There was no manager on site, and it showed.
The place may be popular on TikTok, but the experience didnât match the hype. Our apps and entrĂ©es came out before our drinks, which shouldnât happen (esp for orange juice? ). I never received my toast, and basic condiments like ketchup and mayo were missing. We also werenât offered sharing plates. It took about 20 minutes before a server even came to our table, and then another 30 minutes just to get the check.
There was also a visibly intoxicated guest who appeared to be over-served and was walking around bothering other tables. That raises concerns about responsible alcohol service and liquor license compliance, and itâs something management should be actively monitoring.
My food arrived cold, servers seemed confused about table numbers, and despite having plenty of staff on the floor, everything felt uncoordinated.
I donât blame our server ;she was clearly overwhelmed, and Iâve been in that position. The bigger issue is management and operations. If a restaurant canât properly support its staff, it shouldnât be seating this many tables.

Amazing food and service! The shakes are fantastic! They also have best pancakes, skillets, blanket panckakes and even panckake tacos! Mine and kids favorite breakfast place! Also, fun way to celebrate a birthday!

There was no parking and we never made it inside. I hear good things about it and we will try again.
