For a little shack in a park, this place has a surprisingly extensive menu. And all the food is cooked fresh and delicious. I paddle boarded 10 miles from Hoboken for this, and it is totally worth it. People are super friendly too.

Worst service I have encountered in a long time. The woman who works there will ignore customers if she doesn't feel like serving you. They need to hand this place over to someone who actually wants business.

Looks like I am not the only one who had to deal with the lady who works here and her terrible attitude. She was more interested in running her mouth off chit-chatting with her friend than serving customers. She intentionally ignored me until I just gave up and left.

Went last week and waited way to long for the food and when we got our chicken tenders and fries they were over fried , hard , and tasted terrible. We ordered, no one was there and waited 25 mins after we placed the order . Seems like food was put in the frier and was not attended to due to the women being distracted by talking to someone. For what we were charged i expected better . They may have good food other times , but not on this day .

Went there yesterday as it was a beautiful day to be out in general. Wife and I were desperate for a coffee and luckily we found this place, they also served empanadas which we love.The coffee price wasn't listed but the empanadas for $4.50 each or 2 for $8 and there was a large sign for credit card minimum at $10, so I said ok...So, I place the order for 2 coffees and 2 empanadas, the cashier said $15, i was like alright. I said to myself, Coffees might be $3.50 each. Prices are a little steep but you expect to pay a little premium for such a gorgeous view and good service.I didn't get a receipt so nothing to verify.Line was short and I waited around for a few with nothing in hand and went back to the car that was parked very close by to check on the wife and kid.Walked back to the window and there were my 2 empanadas with my receipt but no coffee. I bring the empanadas to the car and go back to the cashier and inquire about the coffees.While waiting I took a look at my receipt.To my surprise the total was $17.34 not 15 and I had been charged $9 for empanadas not $8I told the cashier I did not authorize this tip and why was I charged 9 for empanadasShe points to the sign where in very small print it read %15 gratuity added for credit card purchases and you must buy 2 of the same empanadas, which it did not say anywhere.She then asks if I want the tip back as it does not go to her. I said what?!? I said yes give it back to me then, Are you friggen kidding me?!? This is the most unethical business practice i have ever seen. Shame on you!!

We enjoyed the simple food - empanadas and hot dogs and even a decent fresh cup of coffee. Setting couldn't be better.
