I ordered a wrap with chicken cutlet and received a tiny, empty, poor excuse for a wrap with microwaved chicken strips inside. I’m not sure why it was such a measly portion, when the other person in my party ordered a sandwich with similar ingredients and it was about twice as long and very hefty! Their sandwich had completely different chicken and looked much more appetizing.

I’ve loved Bartolomeo for a long time. They used to be down grand ave closer to my office and my grandfather and I would pick up lunch a few times a week. Now they’re right around the corner from my house and my grandfather has passed, but they continue to make great food. I ordered pizza and garlic knots from them for the first time today and when I picked them up Rudy told me he put a lot of love into the garlic knots. He wasn’t kidding. They were delicious. Juicy, plump, flavorful, cooked to perfection. Rudy told me he ate 25 of them the last time he made them and I don’t think he was exaggerating. Great job Rudy! I don’t leave a lot of google reviews but I promised Rudy I’d let him know how they were and I thought leaving this review was the least I could do. Thanks again!

DISGUSTING BUSINESS PRACTICES. I ordered a simple soup online and seconds later I’m being sent an updated check for an extra $4… psychotic behavior. Robbery. Disgusting. Thieves!!!!
Their pizza is dry and salty. Their calzone is even worse all dry dough not enough cheese. They rip you off on a tiramisu $9 and give you a tiny piece not even worth the amount.
Stay away from this place. They will add blind charges for NO REASON!!!!

Ordered catering for 40 people and the food was phenomenal! From start to finish, we received exceptional service. We crafted our menu with assistance from the staff, and they delivered/set-up prior to guests arriving. I would highly recommend using Bartolomeo for any event or just a quick bite.
