It’s a takeout store. I ordered at the kiosk in front, waited 20 minutes, and picked it up right away. There is delicious Korean chicken close to my house, so I think I can eat it more often^^
Parking: There are several shopping malls gathered together and there is a shared parking lot, so parking is convenient!

I ordered on Uber Eats and tried to call the store at 7:30 to ask them to secure my bag so the driver would not be able to touch my food. I called and kept getting hung up on. They would pick up the phone and hang up on you. Mind you, they don’t close until 8:30 and it’s only 7:30. I called 6 times back to back until they blocked me. I’m giving 5 stars because I’m sure with a little training, this could easily be fixed. Hope this feedback gets into the right hands.

I went to Buena Park BBQ and it was pretty good. It tastes amazing. We always order chicken from there at every family event.

I love bbq chicken’s original spicy which is a dry Korean chicken wing. Got the flavor and the crunch. I ordered there and maybe waited 10-15 min. Made to order and they opted to skip the locker hand me the order with a smile .

I ordered the 1) ddeokbokki 2) rose ddeokboki and 3) special sauce boneless chicken. I order from bbq (various locations) all the time, like at least once a week. This is my 2nd time ordering here. It’s actually my neighborhood branch The quality has substantially dropped here from my first order. I tried calling them and they don’t have their phone connected. The ddeokbokki had very little sauce. The rose ddeokbokki was fine and comparable to other locations. The chicken was so salty!
I will try calling again and may give them 1 more try but the Pal Park store tastes much better than what I got here today for $55 + $18 door dash fees= $73.

Is it because I ordered 30 minutes before closing? It looks like they put some pre-fried chicken in it and mixed it with sauce. As soon as I placed the online order, I was told it would be ready in 4 minutes, but as expected... the texture was very different from before... the chicken was cold and tough... and I ordered it boneless, but there was also bone-in chicken mixed in. This is the first time I ate a few pieces and threw them away.
