Always a line but good Gelatos. Three small cups with mini cones came out to $35. There's some indoor and outdoor seating. Great spot for dessert after your meal.

Extraordinary display and love the gelato here. I need the Ferrero Rocher Hazelnut gelato at least twice a month as it’s just so well made.

The ice cream is very good, but the staff are very rude and unhelpful.

The gelato is DELICIOUS! My wife and I wanted to grab a small sweet treat and they had these perfect little cones that left us wanting more. The owner happened to walk by and saw me in uniform and offered to pay for our gelato. You can tell this owner really cares and takes pride in his business and we will certainly be back to continue supporting him

Amazing experience! The service was one of the best we’ve had. They even opened early when they saw us waiting outside, which was such a kind gesture. The lady helping us was so sweet, polite, and welcoming. They had a big variety of gelato flavors, and everything we tried was delicious.

Casually stopped by here for some goodies! Personally really like their chocolate/peanut butter flavor 🤤 good place for a quick sweet craving.

I’ve been to many gelato shops here and in Italy, and this place is probably the best or tied with one other shop in Florence. Absolutely delicious! Indulging in large cups of Biscoff, Blueberry Crème Brûlée, and Espresso Stracciatella invade my dreams! Must try!

Bianca Nero is a must-visit for any dessert lover in Englewood, offering an authentic Italian experience that stands out for its incredible texture and depth of flavor. Their gelato is exceptionally creamy and made with high-quality ingredients, featuring standout flavors like pistachio and rich dark chocolate. The modern, clean atmosphere and friendly service make it the perfect spot for a sophisticated treat.

We’ve been coming to Bianco Nero in Englewood with our family for years and have always loved it, which is why this experience was disappointing. We paid almost $40 for two ice creams and a very small portion for our 4-year-old, and the amount we received was noticeably less than what we’ve always gotten before.

We understand prices, but the portions did not match what we paid this time—it honestly felt like we didn’t get our money’s worth. Our child was still upset after finishing because of how little he got, which has never happened here before.

Usually, when the woman who serves us is there, the portions are fair and consistent. This time, a different staff member helped us, and the experience was not the same. On top of that, we said thank you when we paid and received no response, which made the interaction feel even more disappointing.

We’ve always enjoyed coming here, but this visit felt very different—and not in a good way.

The gelato here is decent if you’re in the neighborhood and need a fix, but most of the flavors were off, esp. the crunchy pistachio was a letdown—it tasted a bit artificial and lacked that authentic Sicilian depth.

What really soured the visit, though, was the service. The lady behind the counter was quite cold, no smile, very uninviting. It’s hard to enjoy a treat when the vibe is that frosty
