Hector was the best waiter! He was so personable, attentive, and welcoming! My friend brought me to Cassie’s tonight for dinner and she specifically requested Hector as our waiter and now I know why. He’s so amazing! Looking forwards to coming back and seeing him! Oh… and the food the was delicious.

We celebrated my daughters 13th birthday at Cassie’s last week and everything exceeded my expectations. The food was amazing and came out quick, our server Karen was awesome, attentive, and had a lot of patience. Will for sure be coming back here on the regular. Must try their pizzas and calamari!

Food is great, service is awful. They take forever to take your order, they do not check on you and you will be waiting quite some time to get your bill at the end of it. Please train your staff to treat customers better and to get off their phones and check on the tables to see if they need anything or how everything’s going. We shouldn’t have to get up for waiting 15 minutes after eating to have someone give us the bill.

What was disappointing was to pick up local pizza and it’s COLD smh .. $23.40 to be given pizza out of a delivery box when it was a pick up order .. Every pizza place I go to pick up they pull it out the oven or it’s sitting on top of it keeping it warm .. NEVER AGAIN

Honestly everything at this restaurant was amazing, but the service definitely wasn’t. Our server, Karen, spent more time openly flirting with men, including those who are clearly in a marriage, than actually doing her job. It was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and completely ruined the otherwise good experience. This behavior and lack of professionalism should be addressed, because the rest of the place deserves better

This is a great place to order catering for company or personal events! Food is solid and the service is great and they really try to take care of you. Great salads, pasta (especially vodka penne), fried calamari, classic pizza, and chicken dish. Call the manager for your catering order and you’re bound to have a great event.

Cassie's is a great spot! We absolutely loved the pasta and salads —it was clearly a highlight of the meal. Beyond the main courses, the kids options were fantastic and made dining out with the family a breeze. If you're looking for quality food and a family-friendly atmosphere, Cassie's is highly recommended.
We ordered a pizza with 3 toppings for over $40 (which is a lot for pizza) and it was VERY mediocre! It used to be much better.

I was a loyal customer until today. I ordered pick up and asked the girl for an extra salad dressing she says ok. Then she came back with my food and says it’s an extra $1 for the dressing would you like for me to charge your card? I said no thank you. Are you freaking kidding me? My order was paid and you asked to charge my card an additional $1 just for a small cup of salad dressing. If tht was the case she shld hv said it when I first asked. Either way thts crazy and I will never ever order here again. This place is cheap!

Cassie’s has always been a place close to my heart. I always go there for dinner with my family and they are my go-to for catering events. However, last week I hosted my first big event at the restaurant after my daughter’s baptism and I found them to be equally as amazing. We ordered the event package, which included appetizers, pizza, salads, pasta and an entree. It was all delicious! The food, the atmosphere, and the staff were exceptional. All of my guests said they enjoyed their time there and said they plan to return. I especially want to thank Douglas, our main server of the night, who went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied and happy. He was kind, professional and quickly completed every request that was made. I also want to thank Joshua who helped arrange the event and was very understanding and accommodating to our large group’s diverse needs. The Cassie’s staff made our event memorable and we are so grateful for them. Cassie’s is a great place to share with family and friends and I highly recommend everyone try them soon!
