Cassie’s has always been a place close to my heart. I always go there for dinner with my family and they are my go-to for catering events. However, last week I hosted my first big event at the restaurant after my daughter’s baptism and I found them to be equally as amazing. We ordered the event package, which included appetizers, pizza, salads, pasta and an entree. It was all delicious! The food, the atmosphere, and the staff were exceptional. All of my guests said they enjoyed their time there and said they plan to return. I especially want to thank Douglas, our main server of the night, who went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied and happy. He was kind, professional and quickly completed every request that was made. I also want to thank Joshua who helped arrange the event and was very understanding and accommodating to our large group’s diverse needs. The Cassie’s staff made our event memorable and we are so grateful for them. Cassie’s is a great place to share with family and friends and I highly recommend everyone try them soon!

Great place to pre-game before a show at the Bergen PAC. Excellent pizza!

We order from Door Dash. Cassie’s pizza is always amazing. Tonight part of our order was incorrect. Cassie’s management was so helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate us. Thank you!

Popular place for pizzas is what I'm told. Pizzas were pretty good and place was very busy.

Say hello to my (current) favorite pizzeria.

Whenever my workplace wanted to order a pizza lunch, I noticed the same name was always bandied about - Cassie's. And even as a takeaway order, it was consistently delicious. I've since made several visits to the actual location, and it's regularly a hit.

The bread that comes out at the start of a dine-in meal is such a gift. I love that it's served warm, and it's a hearty serving. It's a lucky thing that the food always comes out so quickly, or else I'd be filling up all my stomach space with it.

The pizzas are fantastic. Categorically, I'd place them close to a Neapolitan, which is actually not my favorite type of pie but it's done really, really well here. I don't know if it's the fresh mozzarella or the fresh crust (in fact, this is the only place where I'd happily finish all my crust pieces, they're so good), but everything tastes like quality. I especially love how they serve up their meatball toppings, which are thick hunks of well-seasoned meat and well worth the tuppence they cost.

The pizza's not the only star here. I'm not sure why, but there's something about the Caesar salad here that spanks my sweet taste buds. All of their salads come in two sizes - individual ($13) and family ($28). I find that to be pretty pricey for a salad, but when I ordered an individual salad to share with my husband during my last visit, it was a decently sized plate of salad for both of us.

The dining space is huge, with both tables and booths divided between two rooms. Service is both kind and efficient; I've never had any issues and I'm regularly surprised at how quickly the food comes out. Street parking in Englewood can range from difficult to a nightmare depending on the time of day and the day of the week, but there's a larger municipal garage right next door.

I used to really enjoy ordering from this restaurant. The food was consistently excellent, fresh, and reliable. Lately the quality has not been the same. Dishes that once felt carefully made now come across rushed and inconsistent.

The last delivery experience was especially disappointing. The driver asked directly for a tip, which left a bad taste and came across as unprofessional.

This was once one of my go-to delivery spots, but the decline in quality and service is hard to overlook. I hope management addresses these issues before more loyal customers turn away.

I called to complain about an order (the linguine with oil & garlic) which lacked oil and was just a pile of stuck together pasta. I was told by the manager that I was being rude and that no one else had ever complained about it. He asked me what did I want. I told him I was only calling to complain. He promptly hung up. The cannoli filling was too loose.

I go here every other week and we’ve only had one bad meal in two years. Not happy that they are charging 3% for credit cards - it’s not a gas station. Waiters know us by now & always greet us with a smile and exactly what we drink!

They charged me $5 for what is supposed to be a extra side of vodka sauce.. what I received was not expected when I called to ask if it was a mistake the young man gave me an attitude and pretty much just dismissed my request and told me to contact door dash.. will no longer be ordering from this establishment
