Put in a take out order for lunch. My order was ready upon arrival. All packed very nicely. Had all the items in the bag including all the sauces. The store in general is very clean, spacious, nicely decorated, feels comfortable. Lots of table to sit and fine. Associates are very friendly and helpful.
The food has the authentic Chick-fil-a quality. Excellent fried chicken sandwich with fluffy bread and tasty cheese. Chickpeas nuggets had wonderful fried layer with tender soft chicken in the middle.
Parking: Parking lot in the back in front of Shoprite. Street parking is free after meter hours.
3rd time ordering from this location. First two times were great, even with a wait to pick up my online order. Today the food was old and cold. My kids 12pc nugget wasn’t even in the bag. Check your order before you leave the store!! I’m sure this happens to customers all the time at this location. Stay away from this one, go to Paramus location on 17n. Never going back, you can keep your coupon Mr. Williams.

I’m so disappointed in this customer service, I have never been more upset with an employee in my life. The employees working put mr down and made me feel lower than them. I love Chick-fil-A but, this customer service was terrible. I ordered on Uber eats website and the food never came after it said it arrived and the website isn’t working. I can’t get my money back and when I called my local Chick-fil-A they said “get a life.” I was extremely disappointed in this customer service. I tried to call multiple times yet every time I called they hung up on me or didn’t answer. If I could I would give 0 stars.

The workers were amazing !!The worker that took my order was so kind and generous!! I love chick-fil-a SO MUCH THAT I AM DEFINITELY GOING BACK THERE !
I had an order that was over $80, I had put the recommended amount for any sauces for each meal and never received any of them. I had ordered a salad and never receive the forks nor dressing. I had drive to this location to pick up everything and the cashier was completely rude about the whole situation. she acted like the sauces, dressings and forks were coming out of her paycheck WHICH ITS NOT . She was unprofessional and the attitude was uncalled for.
