I had an order that was over $80, I had put the recommended amount for any sauces for each meal and never received any of them. I had ordered a salad and never receive the forks nor dressing. I had drive to this location to pick up everything and the cashier was completely rude about the whole situation. she acted like the sauces, dressings and forks were coming out of her paycheck WHICH ITS NOT . She was unprofessional and the attitude was uncalled for.

I bought my usual cob salad and half of the lettuce was wilted and black. I had to throw it out! Chic filet is now too big to provide good customer service, time to give them a break! I gave 1 star because I am forced too, should be 0 stars
Don’t waste your time go to Hackensack these idiots can’t find their way out of a a wet paper bag. Stood there for 22 minutes because they couldn’t figure out how to fix a transaction they messed up.

Sandwiches look like leftovers in Englewood NJ. Mgmt wouldn't override an free card a for a sandwich of my Choice. I mentioned another mgr gave me since I told them. I don't come here. No problem. This is definitely the worse one yet tho. Good luck.
