I have been a customer of this chipotle since 2012. So happy to see it has survived so many year including covid years. This is a big spacious store, lots of tables to dine-in. Mostly the store is kept clean and condominium section is kept stocked up.
I always have had good service at this store. All the staff have been courteous and helpful. Both in person and online orders have been prepared correctly. Over the years I have had chicken, honey chicken, steak, carne asada with guacamole, lettuce, rice, veggies as the sides. Most of the times all ingredients were fresh and good quality, the quantity in the bowls have been consistent.

The food is always great but the queso has been watered down for months I haven’t been able to order it I don’t know what happened I don’t know if you guys are trying to stretch it out.. but it’s water it’s not even cheese anymore please fix it! Thank you

Teach your staff to respect people because we are all equal as human beings.
Every time I go to take order for uber eats there is a short guy who comes aggressively to tell me to confirm by looking aggressively at the screen of my phone as I am a thief and the problem is that it is not a single time that he has done more than 5 times when I go to this restaurant to pick up. I feel diminished and discriminated against every time he does this to me and in the end I decided never to go to this restaurant again and I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone because of guys. If he is doing that because of my color trust me I’m proud of my color and for ever bro and I respect every human being not for their origin or color but because we all human beings.
