Update: Cookies were delivered to the wrong address but because they never called the phone number on file, cookies were not received by the proper person. When the refund was requested they offered to deliver a second basket after the weekend. Again no phone call but luckily someone at the building was there to receive the delivery.
Company then requested I edit the review.

College kids did not eat these, what does that say? Spent $ to have them delivered, they were sent UPS. $90 wasted, kids just made a video of the cookies that are too hard be eaten. Cookies were wrapped and shipped in a box. Some were actually open. See pictures. Sent an email, was offered 10% off next order. Was told these are made fresh. Not sure if concrete sets faster. The one star reviews are understandable. Posted email to show I never asked for anything.

I ordered cookies for a proposal I sent, I sent inspo pics of classy pink and gold cookies with flowers on them. the cookies I got look nothing like them, plain white with squiggles in the corner, super upset and disappointed. My eight-year-old nephew could’ve made nicer cookies
