I ordered a decorated cookie basket to take to my dog's neurologist and had it delivered to me so I could take it myself. Thank goodness I did (it came 2 days early by the way which may give my enough time to find something else). The main decorative cookie was cracked and does not stay on the stick. Literally 6 of the dozen regular cookies on the tray were a crumbled mess. Packing was very shoddy so it's easy to see why the cookies were so damaged. I paid $108.00 for something I would be too embarrassed to give as a gift. I sent an email explaining my disappointment and displeasure with no response. I will not order from this place again

I would give them no stars if I could! I ordered Father’s Day cookies and paid a lot of extra money for delivery and they never delivered the cookies. I was a good customer and now I will never order from them again!

I ordered the cookie bouquet for an at home wedding. They got it delivered early and in perfect time for the celebration! They kept me up to date on the delivery. Excellent customer service. I would definitely order from them again!

I chose exact date hand delivery $28 plus $3 service fee. I was fine paying the extra for Saturday delivery. The cookies were left outside on the ground on the wrong date. Owner doesn’t seem to understand the importance of delivery timing or doesn’t care. They use a third party delivery which loses the personal touch. If you want mediocre cookies and poor service this place may work. For something special go elsewhere.
