When I say AMAZING!! Rachel greeted us at the door . We came for happy hour. She was so sweet and an excellent server. The food was sooo good . And them drinks were strong but tasty. All of the staff were so pleasant and we truly enjoyed ourselves. We drove over an hour to come and we will def be back ! Thank you Rachel ! Extremely disappointed with my experience here. Food was mediocre and served luke warm. It’s like the food is prepped and warmed but not actually cooked there. Weird to explain but there was no aroma from the kitchen like anything was being cooked. The best thing I remember eating were the jerk plantain chips I believe they’re called. I would not ever return here as there was nothing memorable about this place. I looked forward to the oxtail sushi but that too was just pieces of oxtail over what looked like store bought sushi. No bueno. I also was accused of not paying my bill when it was in fact the couple that was seated next to us that stole my paid for bill and placed theirs on my table. Don’t let the pics fool you!

CZEN Englewood NJ oxtails are top tier! Presentation and Taste is phenomenal. The service and staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable of their dishes and were very welcoming hospitality. I recommend them for any occasion. Will visit again soon!
This was my first “Biggie Brunch” and I'm so glad that I went. The DJ's music took me back to the Biggie Smalls era, and the staff was over the top with attentive service. All was amazing, the food selections for the price were hands-down on point. I had mimosas and a big lobster tail over my waffle. This place is always a nice vibe and it's in the heart of Englewood,NJ.

I really like this restaurant! It is beautifully decorated in an Asian and Caribbean style with bright cheerful colors that remind me of a tropical beach vacation. I had the salmon entree which was beautifully presented with a purple orchid on top and it was flavorful and tender. I also loved the bang bang cauliflower which tastes better than chicken in my opinion. Will definitely be back here with my girlfriends.

We went on a rainy day but nonetheless we still had a great time. The food and drinks were still on point. We will certainly be back. And if you're unsure on what to order get the rum punch!! It was punching so hard I went home and caught a knock out!!
Finally tried this place after I've been dying to try it since they opening. Big disappointment. Food was horrendous. I got a bowl of the udon noodles with chicken and the mango sauce. It was drenched with the sauce, the chicken looked fake, it was just terrible. My other half ordered the ox tail as the waitress said it was one of the more popular dishes. Not only did he crack a tooth, he said it was terrible. Drinks were decent. Service was not bad, but then again it wasn't too busy on a Friday night @ 8pm. And $90+ tip later....I won't be returning.
